Firewood available for purchase. Notify owner ahead of time so firewood rack can be loaded before arrival. A wrap around deck to take in views of Forbes State Forest. The one-acre property is secluded and surrounded by state lands, yet is perfectly situated close to everything that the Laurel Highlands has to offer. The cabin can sleep 13 adults comfortably in 1 California king bed, 3 queen sized beds, 1 twin over full bunk and 1 twin over twin bunk comfortably, plus space for children. The bathrooms are tastefully appointed with a vintage pedestal tub and a stone shower. Event fees may apply for larger gatherings.

Went for a girls' weekend in the fall. House was great - exactly as described. Clean, well furnished, comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, firepit and hiking. Nice location to trails but easy to get to from the road. Definitely will stay again. Thanks for facilitating a great weekend!

Clinton was super responsive to all and any questions! As a matter of fact purchased a pack and play when we asked about a crib! So very accommodating!

Our family had a wonderful weekend, with plenty of space for everyone. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room and living room allowed us all to hang out together, even when I was cooking. We enjoyed the hot tub, foosball, and darts, as well as hiking and playing some golf nearby. We would definitely consider renting this clean, beautiful home again!

Property was very clean and well maintained. Fire pit area was absolutely gorgeous but we were unable to use due to rain. Had everything we needed there as far as cooking utensils went. Very pleased, would definitely stay again

This property was EXACTLY what we were hoping for for our extended weekend with family. It was so spacious for all of us to spread out and not be on top of each other. The new fireplace/patio looked like it was out of a magazine. Kitchen was stocked with everything we could think of using. The cabin itself was gorgeous inside and out and so well furnished in all three floors. The owners really thought of everything to have here. We were constantly complimenting the place all weekend. Clinton was amazing to coordinate with- so responsive and accommodating. We LOVED every minute being there, and will absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Just hubby and I and our sweet fur baby. Lovely cabin very close to Seven Springs but also private. You will have everything you need here. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Private but super close to skiing. Hot tub. Amazing living room. We loved it. We were looking forward to the pizza oven outside but it looked like the weather made it fall apart. Check with owner on whether you have paid the linen fee. We we're confused on that. Other than that, it was perfect.

Everything was perfect, just as should be with all the amenities. Nice private location within range of all the Laurel Hill and Seven Springs area has to offer. Plus, it is just over an hour from Pittsburgh and all the museums, etc. The downstairs game room and twin bunk area was perfect for the teens and pre-teens in our group. The other four queen bedrooms were very nicely appointed. The lodge had welcome signs everywhere. Couldn’t be nicer. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at the property and it exceeded all expectations. The kitchen and baths were lovely and higher end finishing. We had everything we needed. Campfire and hot tub were awesome. Tons of space. Loved this property and would rent again.

We had a wonderful weekend at Clinton’s house. It was beautiful and clean, the kids loved it and were sad to leave. Perfect for a family getaway. The market about ten min down the road had everything we needed for meals which was really convienent. Clinton was a wonderful host. Thank you!

Clinton was easy to work with and very responsive. We had a hiccup with the linens and towels when we first checked in, but that was quickly addressed. Overall the property was clean and kitchen was well appointed. It was nice being able to hike and access the trails without having to drive/leave the house. The only bummer was not being able to use the hot tub due to some chemical issues and the water being cloudy. We made the best of it and will definitely be back again later this year.

Great place for family getaway. Less than two miles from the north entrance of Seven Springs makes it easy to be the first one on the slopes! The property owner was very easy to get in touch with. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I love that it is pet friendly! We were able to bring the dogs along which was so fun. They even went to seven springs for a little to hang out in the sun by the foggy goggle! Great four day trip! We will definitely book again!

My mom couldn't stop saying "this is the best rental we've ever had!" - it was perfect for our group of 9. Location to Seven Springs was perfect . The kitchen, fireplace, and bedrooms came well stocked. Hot tub was phenomenal, and the host was responsive. Aside from some minor details, the place was incredible. We will DEFINTIELY rent again from Clinton! Thank you!!!

We booked our trip to Clinton's cabin with the hope of getting 2 solid ski days in. Turns out we were able to ski 4 days and spend the rest of our time relaxing at the cabin. Seven Springs Resort is less than 10 minutes away, State Park hiking trails right behind the property and multiple other activities for outdoor fun. We had everything we needed upon arrival for our stay. For items left behind, there are two "mom & pop" style grocers within 15 minutes. The downstairs rec room w/ separate bunkbed room was perfect for our family - esp for our boys to spend time playing. The family room/kitchen had a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace that heated up the main level and upstairs very nicely. Washer/dryer was a huge plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn't get to use the outdoor firepit or pizza oven, but could easily see ourselves spending nights by the campfire in the warmer months. Clinton was easily reached and responsive to our inquiries. Overall, excellent trip, great property. Looking forward to future stays.

We cannot say enough great things about this cabin! It was the perfect place to celebrate my boyfriends 30th birthday and escape busy life. Clinton was very accommodating and the cabin had so much to offer! We will definitely be rebooking in the future!

This cabin was the perfect setting for my husband's 30th birthday celebration! The open concept of the living area and the set up of the bedrooms made for a very comfortable stay. The beds are high quality and very comfortable as well. We loved having a fireplace in the living area, and the kitchen was stocked very nicely. I highly recommend this place!

Stayed here with my family for a birthday getaway and it was great! The place wasn’t cluttered and had just enough amenities to feel like you’re at home. Prompt communication with the owner and very professional. My kids loved it so much that they asked if we could buy the place! We spent a perfect fall weekend at this rental and had an amazing time. The house was perfect for our multi-generational group. Especially loved the basement level for the kids and the outdoor space! We gave the pizza oven a try and that was super fun (albeit time consuming). Great WiFi enabled us to project the Penn State whiteout game and watch while sitting by the fire for hours. Really quick response from homeowner as well. Overall great!

Spacious home, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plentiful outdoor space..this was the ideal spot to enjoy a relaxing weekend with our family. Inside we prepared meals with ease as spices, dishes, pots/pans, utensils are abundant. There are two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, two bedrooms and full bath on the main level, and a bunk room and half bath in the basement. The basement has a tv and good size couch/sectional, so you can have football on in the family room while the kids watch a movie downstairs. Outside, we enjoyed the firepit, cornhole tournaments, and relaxing in the hot tub. The comforters and quilts were plentiful and the pillows as well. We were happy to see the pillows were in good shape, as several VRBO experiences have had terrible pillows.
Bring your sheets, pillowcases, kitchen towels, bath towels (including hand towels), spa towels (for hot tub trips, if preferred), but don't forget TRASH BAGS. I wasn't aware they weren't provided so we used our grocery bags until I could get to a store. The kitchen has a built in trash can (approx 4gal size).
Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would definitely rent again if in the area! Well maintained and friendly communication/check in with the host.
