This beautiful home has picturesque views, TVs in every room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. You'll also enjoy access to the beach and the waters of the Mississippi Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The open living space is beautifully furnished with lots of seating, large flat screen TV and DVD player, and separate dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, side by side refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, stove, toaster, and all the necessary diner and cookware. The large Master suite includes a king sized bed, sitting area, flat panel TV and DVD player, and a beautiful private bath with glass stand up shower and whirlpool tub. A back door opens to the Sound-side deck. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen Dogs welcome This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This property is a gem. Location is perfect with access to the Gulf and the Bay steps away. The home is comfortable without being fussy. We had all we needed for a wonferful relaxing stay. We will be coming back to this awesome place many more times. Thank you!

So glad we found this house and it was available, we absolutely loved this house. We had 4 kids and the bunk room was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!!

The home was perfect and beautiful. It was really spacious for 6 adults and 4 kids. We will definitely be renting from Vacasa again ! My only complaint is I wish the walking path down to the bay was a little cleaner and wider of a path, but other than that we had an awesome stay and loved our stay !

Loved the house. Had great views of gulf side and bay side. Had nice decks front and back. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the dolphins. It was decorated really cute. Not really a complaint but could use better cookware like skillets and storage bowls. We loved our family vacation and really enjoyed this house. My kids loved the bunk bed room. Plenty of space for our family of 9

I read other reviews about the cleanliness and it was actually clean. We saw no issues. The house is older and there are some updates that COULD be made but not necessary. The beach is accessible from the back but the trip out there is a little rough. Make sure to wear shoes until you get to the beach because there are thorns. Honestly other than that we enjoyed our stay and everything was nice. Any issues I had the hosts were accommodating and that was appreciated.

The house was perfectly located and spread out well for our family. Sofa was filthy, sand and bugs in the master bed, sand on floors when we arrived, food stuck on dishes and black mold coming from every air vent. I attempted to contact the property manager while there and was responded to by a bot until I commented that as a property owner myself, I’d never hire vacasa to manage my properties. From a business perspective, the dept of health would not allow this house to be a business. I was refunded my cleaning fee and nothing else. I asked to speak with the homeowner to make sure they knew what was going on and was assured that wouldn’t happen. So if you’re the homeowner, feel free to contact me.

We were two families, 4 adults and 4 teenagers.
The house is very spacious, the room for the teenagers was a perfect size and they enjoyed the seating area and there own TV to hang out, they even had their own little fridge. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, even though pots and pans were not the best quality. The kitchen cabinets could use some little fixing.
We loved the easy access to both beaches. The Bay was great for Kayaking, SUP and swimming when the waves were too high on the other side.
We liked the two decks, the only little downside was, to get to the back porch you had to walk through the master bedroom. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to a friend.

We enjoyed our stay house there were issues such as in the air vent in the den had black mold on it and on the last evening we turned the heat on there was no heat. Finally got in touch with someone and they could not do anything until the next day. So my husband found that there was no heat hooked up only new AC installed on 8/11/22. The inside temperature got down as low as 54 degrees. We left before 8 am the next morning and the manager finally called about someone coming to check on the heat. I ask about compensation and was told she would get back with me on Monday. I waited until Wednesday morning and left messages and no one has responded. It’s a shame because the house has awesome views.

The view was beautiful, but this home needs work. The roof is leaking through to the ceiling, and the showers are really bad and need to be redone or cleaned well. Master bath doors won’t close, etc. There is also no comfortable outdoor seating. It is a large property with plenty of room, but I’m disappointed that Vacasa would rent a property in such disrepair. .

Great for my children. Easy walk out the back of the property to the bay. We watched dolphins every morning with coffee. Just across the street we had a turtle nest and wonderful swimming in the gulf. Super kids friendly place.

This was a great place to getaway and relax. The house was spacious and clean. I especially enjoyed the mornings drinking coffee from the back deck watching the waves.

Beautiful Beach Home
We loved the location of the guest house. It was right between the gulf and the bay sides of the ocean. My son fished on the beach in the bay side and we got to see all kinds of hermit crabs and sand crabs. The house itself was HUGE compared to the pictures, it was clean and very nice.

Also when we came in we noticed the cigarette buts in the sand outside. Also it was dirty under the nightstands, couches and nightstands. Pretty much everywhere where the vacuum wouldn't reach. The kitchen was not equipped very well. No knifes and other items that should be in every kitchen. The pots and pans were useless unless you like to eat the coating which was coming off. I have to note that within a day we have received a few new pans and pots.

Our first trip to Dauphin Island was amazing! The Guest House was situated in the perfect area to have your own beach in the back of the home AND public beach access directly front of the home just across the street. Short drive to main public beach and West End Beach. The bunk bed room is amazing for kids! The only thing I would suggest would be a new can opener and a pair of scissors but the kitchen was well stocked. There are chairs on the front porch as well as a table and chairs on the back deck for relaxing. The. back deck also has a gas grill. We really enjoyed our stay and would choose this home again. Of course we were bummed to have rain at the beach, but this house was so cozy and perfect for our weekend! There was plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded, we slept comfortably, and put the kitchen to good use. Beautiful views from both sides of the house!

We had a great experience! This house was exactly what we were looking for. The sunsets and sunrises along both sides of the house were just gorgeous. We rented a golf cart and that made our island experience even better so we could explore more. We would rent from Vacasa again!

Great location
House is in a great location, water views from all angles and plenty of space to spread out inside or on the outdoor decks. Having our dogs with us was so fun, plenty of room to walk them outdoors as well.

Honeymoon stay
We had a great experience! This house was exactly what we were looking for. The sunsets and sunrises along both sides of the house were just gorgeous. We rented a golf cart and that made our island experience even better so we could explore more. We would rent from Vacasa again!

Great place
The furniture - especially the dining room table is on its last legs. Same with barstools. Also, there was almost zero outdoor furniture.
Unfortunately you could tell this is just a rental. Not a lot of personality. But it was good for the group we had. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at this house, was very clean and had plenty of room for 6 adults two kids and one dog. Great location, near the beach and had access to the public beaches. Very relaxing and a great family vacation trip. Getting in contact with vacasa was very easy, they was very helpful and great. THANK YOU!
