We enjoyed the place, well furnished and supplied, we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is convenient for dining and shopping. The garden was clean and well kept, also its spacious inside and out. I would rent it again when staying for an extended trip. The host was pleasant and very interested in our comfort, communication was excellent with her, a pleasant stay overall.

Check in instructions were very clear and the place was easy to find as well as get into, which helped since we were not used to this style of building. The place itself was clean, quiet, within walking distance of plenty of things to do, as well as easy access to the subway. Roberta was very responsive and attentive. I would absolutely stay here again!

Whilst a little old, the apartment worked for us and the owner left lots of great tips. The second bedroom is OK for 1 adult.

Spent MLK weekend in this apartment and there were so many good things about this place but there were just a few bad things that spoiled it. First the good... the space was great - two small bedrooms made it the perfect size. The kitchen had everything you needed and was very clean. The bathroom dated but fun and also very clean. Low tub made it easy entrance and exit to shower. The security was good on the building - four doors to get out - two with codes. Great for feeling safe, a bit clumsy when carrying coffees or luggage. You can prop the doors open but that kinda defeats the security. Anyway, nothing major. Location was great - convenient for food, for the east side of the city or transfer at Hearld Sq to the west side. So all in all - great location. The bad - which given its January was a problem.. it was cold. Yes, there were space heaters but they didn't offset the coldness of the windows and the floor. The back bedroom was very chilly - we had three blankets which was really necessary. The radiator in the room was stone cold. Not sure if that was as it should have been or not. But when we got home last night we all piled on sweatshirts and socks and blankets. So while I loved this place - I don't know that a snowy January weekend would be a repeat. I think Spring/Summer/Fall when you could enjoy the outdoor patio which looked awesome would be great.
