Explore and enjoy the Knoxville area in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom / 2 bath, single level home. Located in the Bennington neighborhood of West Knoxville, this ranch-style house is minutes away from great shopping, and restaurants. A great location for visits to the University of Tennessee (15 miles away). The property features a large lawn area that is perfect for gatherings and outdoor games. If you enjoy walking or running, this is the spot for you! The neighborhood is perfect for walking or riding bikes. The master bedroom boasts a new, queen-sized mattress and cable TV. The master bath is connected to this bedroom. Bedroom #2 features another queen-sized bed. It is equipped with cable tv as well. Bedroom #3 has a twin sized bed (there is also a cot available). It also has a desk. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are steps away from a full bathroom. The house provides comfortable sleeping for 5-6 people. There is an additional air mattress if needed. Children are welcome! We have games, movies, etc. and the neighborhood is perfect for bike rides. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, waffle iron, etc. for large meal preparation or simple breakfasts. The dining area seats 6 and is directly adjacent to a deck. The living room is furnished with a couch and comfortable chairs. The TV has DirectTV. WiFi throughout the house.

This property was a perfect place for our family to stay during our home search. The house itself is comfy and the yard/lot is fantastic. It was a great place for football games and tag. The kitchen is fully outfitted with kitchen wares but a few new pots or pans could be a nice addition too. No complaints though; this was a house that suited our family of 6 well and the area of town is beautiful and convenient. Al was a responsive and gracious host.

We loved the neighborhood. The yard was huge on one side so we sent the kids out to play in the warm weather.
It was a nice big house with 3 bedrooms, so the children had their own rooms. Beds were firm. We put a foam topper on the mattress in the master while we were there. 2 bedrooms had blackout blinds. One room needed new blinds.
Bathrooms were nice and clean. Master bathroom has a heat light which we enjoyed.
Kitchen had most of what we needed. We did buy a cheap salt/pepper to use and leave behind for others. Didn't use the waffle maker but it tempted me! Tons of books to read in the dining area.
Front door manual deadbolt was hard to lock. The electronic lock worked fine.
Internet was super fast so my husband's online meetings were no problem.
The owner was responsive and helpful. We stayed for one week in between his monthly rentals. We considered using his rental for our transition when we move down there this summer but he was booked up through December.
It was overall a great experience and we recommend it.

Rented for family visiting from out of state. This house was clean and spacious, with a nice yard for the kids to go outside. It was an overall pleasant experience. We would go back again.

This is a very comfortable house with plenty of space. The location was perfect for accessing all areas of Knoxville and beyond. We appreciated that the owner quickly responded to our questions.

Our family had a great visit over Thanksgiving 2020! The home was very clean and spacious with ample supplies. The owner was great with communications; access to the home was easy. It was also in a convenient location for groceries, restaurants, and entertainment. Highly recommend this property for rental!

Great home
This property was a great place for my family while we had a home renovated. The three bedrooms have plenty of space and the kitchen is well stocked. The location is central to so much in Knoxville. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place for a morning walk or run.

perfect short term rental before relocation
We sold a house in a nearby subdivision and needed a place to stay to finish out the school year. This place fit our needs perfectly. Well equipped with the basics, lots of extra towels and sheets, and a huge yard for the kids to run around in. We loved the shady deck in the evening and spend many nights out there. Neighborhood was very walk-able as well. Al was always very responsive. Would definitely recommend!.

Nice Clean Relaxing Space
We were waiting for our house to be completed and this was the prefect space to hang out while in limbo. There are ample supplies for a family of five. We only needed our clothes. The host is amazing and especially helpful.

Family Stay during Move
Al was just amazing! He was kind, helpful and very accessible. We have a larger family and needed a home to stay in while waiting for our house to close. The home was just right for us and provided a delightful "first home" here in Knoxville! The kitchen was well stocked and the space was very comfortable. The kiddos loved the large yard and the neighborhood was safe and convenient to activities and stopping. We would most definately recommend a stay here!

Shorey Home
Nice 3 bedroom home in a great location! Lots of shopping close by, 3 Par mini golf range, restaurants and best of all a great neighborhood. Though their are kids, the neighborhood is quiet all day and all night.

Lovely home for extended stay.
Nice home with very comfortable queen beds. It's was great for our family. Big grassy yard for the kids to play. Lots of books, games plus extra linens. 5-10 min drive to shopping and restaurants. Great location and great neighborhood. I would definitely recommend!

A Great experience
We stayed in this home the month of June while exploring Knoxville as a potential relocation move. From the time we first scheduled the home through departure was an excellent experience. This home was very comfortable, fully equipped, in a great neighborhood and close to everything we needed (restaurants, grocery stores and shopping). The owners made sure we were comfortable and made themselves available for any questions or concerns we may have had. We were called away to a family emergency during our stay. The owners showed extreme compassion and made sure they offered any assistance we might need during this time. We would not hesitate to stay in this home on any future visits.

Peaceful Knoxville
The rental process was easy.
The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The house was more "family friendly" than any other place that we have stayed so far. The Keurig machine was a +++
It would have been good to have access to the garage as it rained several days.
All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this property as a vacation home.

Sweet house!
Nice suburban house, well outfitted for long term stays. It is extremely convenient to everything in Knoxville and the Smokies. One thing to note is that we weren't able to use the garage, but it didn't rain much while we were there so that didn't turn out to be a problem. We would stay there again. Thank you Al!

Never once had to contact him for any issues because there weren’t any
He was very kind and generous to us from the reservation through the departure

Excellent experience
Our family loved having the house to come home to, after touristing. We didn’t need a thing, the house was very relaxing and very clean. We loved it. Excellent communication with the owner also.

Good location
Great location. Close to Turkey Creek shopping area, other shopping also. About 20 + minutes to downtown. Lots of eating places close by, workout gyms, putt putt golf, neighborhood nice, safe, always people out walking, etc. The house roomy, clean. The bunk room closet not accessible, so couldn’t hang up clothes, but other closets big enough for us to share. Had no issues during stay. The owner made contact to make sure things were going well. There were 5 of us during our stay.

Nice vacation rental house
Our family enjoyed our stay at Al's house this past weekend. The house was roomy and clean and it was as represented on the website and in the owner's details about the house. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and it is also close by various stores for any of our shopping needs. The owner, Al, was responsive and pleasure to deal with. Great location! Friendly neighborhood, easy driving to stores, restaurants, and the highway. Very comfortable home with everything you would need. Worked out well for the family. Would happily stay here again. We had no issues and Al was responsive and easy to work with.

Nice accommodations for our family
The house was a great place to stay for Christmas while visiting family in town. Pleasant home, good size, nice location, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds and fully equipped, even had Xmas decoration which was a nice touch for us. Owner was very responsive to our questions and was very helpful during our stay.
