About this vacation rental

Located in Cambridge, this lovely vacation rental for $170 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Two lovely rooms (Rented separately) in a spacious and luxurious 3 bedroom house is one of our finest Cambridge accommodations. The house has been fully renovated and decorated with a sophisticated eye and high-end materials. There are two guest rooms Each has a private bath and a Jacuzzi. In addition to the lovely Cambridge rooms you may use the first-floor common area, with a living room, dining room and kitchen. Guests often enjoy a pretty front porch on the second floor and a back deck. It is just an 8-10-minute walk to the Central Square metro and one-stop to Harvard or MIT. Or walk 16 minutes to Kendal Square at MIT or 23 minutes to Harvard. There are two off-street parking spaces for small cars and a permit is provided for one on-street parking for a larger car for up to 3 days. They must be reserved. Wonderful stay! The house is in a nice quiet area, and it was an easy walk to things. We had everything we could need for a comfortable stay, and we appreciated the use of the kitchen and common area. If we have to return to the area we'll certainly stay here again!

Perfectly located in the middle of Cambridge in a wonderfully calm residential street. Pretty much all of it is walkable and close to a bunch of T stations, too. Nice property and flawless communications from the property manager.

We were thrilled with this VRBO. The neighborhood is quiet, lovely, and peaceful while also totally convenient to public transit, restaurants, and a busy main street just a few blocks away. The house was beautiful, clean and well-kept, and the room was really sweet with a really comfy bed and furniture, jacuzzi, closet and drawer space, everything we needed included--and very private and quiet. The one tiny critique I have of the room is only one side of the bed has a night table and the bed is pushed so close against one closet, it was hard for the person using that closet to get to it. But this is super minor. We loved having our own beautiful private space but also having access to the kitchen. When we stayed there, we never saw anyone else, yet Wendy was always immediately responsive to email questions. I can't figure out why this place is so relatively cheap. I think we would definitely stay again if we return to Cambridge.

Wendy, the host is a jewel! Enjoyed visiting with her. The subway is a 5 minute walk away making the location close to everything. Little bit of a learning curve in using the subway, but great experience. Took it to Boston Commons, Fenway, and Harvard. Actually, walked back to the house from Harvard. Whole Foods for quick meals and restaurants nearby. Felt very safe.

Wendy made us feel right at home. Our room was cozy. We felt comfortable using the rest of the house as we were told we could. We even were able to throw in a load of laundry. Close to transit.

Exceeded expectations, location was great, walking distance to so much of the city. Bed was comfy, and balcony was a cool place to chill in the evening. Hot tub was ideal for soaking after a day of walking. Great value... Yeah!

Amazing property! Walking distance to Central and Inman Square. Whole Foods within 2 blocks. Room is large and clean with private bath. Kitchen is well stocked and you have use of refrigerator space and washer/dryer. Would stay here again on next visit

We arrived on a Sunday and departed on Wednesday. It was a 5-star experience in every way. Pristinely clean, a quiet and convenient location and Wendy, the owner, could not have been more accommodating. She will truly welcome you into her home as a valued guest. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Cambridge. 😊

The room was comfortable, but for some reason, small ants were every where. Bedroom and bathroom. I did not use any of the kitchen facilities. The room was fine but it was a little more expensive that I thought it was worth.

We arrived to the property, which is well located. Check in instructions were very clear. We were assigned room 2. Upon entering the room we were surprised with an unmade made and dirty bathroom. We immediately reached out to marie and sent her pictures. She told us to use room 1. The next day room 2 was made up and we moved back. Internet was very spotty. Marie solved the issue of the room and refunded one night of our stay.

I enjoyed my stay very much. I was in Cambridge on business and was able to walk to most of my appointments and work comfortable in my room when I needed to. I purchased a few groceries at the nearby Whole Foods and was able to have breakfast at the house before heading out each day. Strongly recommended!
