About this villa rental
Our villas are two-story high, fully air-conditioned and fully equipped. All linens and towels are included. An initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towel, and dish soap is also provided. The TWO BEDROOM / TWO BATH VILLA ( 980 sqft. ) features: UPSTAIRS: MASTER BEDROOM with 1 queen size bed and 1 cable TV, a SECOND BEDROOM with a bunk bed (full size at the bottom and a twin size on top). One full bathroom in the master bedroom (and a full bathroom downstairs). DOWNSTAIRS: breakfast area, fully equipped kitchen (electric range, small oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots, etc.), and a living room with a queen size sofa bed, a full bathroom, terrace with two chairs and a small table, 1 cable TV, washer and dryer. Our LOCATION is excellent for visitors, we are in Orlando by I-4 within: · 5 minutes from UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, WET'N WILD, SEA WORLD, INTERNATIONAL DRIVE, and the Orlando Convention Center · 8 minutes from DISNEY, EPCOT and MGM STUDIOS, as well as the Orlando International Airport. · Several Shopping Malls, restaurants and grocery markets are located within 3 minutes from our villas. · 1 hour from Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach. OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Our complex surrounds a beautiful lake where you can relax fishing. Amenities include a jogging trail, Parking is free.

It’s close to major Hwys and 5 minutes from Walmart and other shopping places. The area was safe. The property was clean like home away from home. The owner extended our stay just right away as soon as we requested for our needs to stay a little longer. I appreciate your help, Myrtle and we’ll be back again if we visit Orlando again.

This was an ideal location for Discovery Cove, Sea World, & Aquatica. The place was clean and had necessities. Beds were not uncomfortable…. Walmart was nearby…. 7eleven right down the street was convenient too! It’s close to the interstate so bring a sound machine or use the box fans provided to drown out traffic. Definitely recommend if traveling to this area.

This Villa has the perfect location. Within 12 to 15 minutes to all Disney parks, less than 8 minutes from SeaWorld and less than 10 minutes from Universal. There is a Walmart down the road and multiple pharmacies in the area. The Villa was very clean and very nice. The bunk beds upstairs were comfortable for the girls and the master bedroom was perfect for myself. There's also a sleeper sofa downstairs. I would highly suggest this property and hope that when we go back to Orlando we get to stay here again

The unit is very close to Universal Studios. You can actually skip the Interstate and save yourself sometime. It is a very small place but it worked great for our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of towels and the Shampoo and Conditioner provided were amazing. Plus there is a box fan in both rooms. A plus for us because we sleep with one at home. It’s a very quite complex with mature palm trees and a great view of the lake and sunsets. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Universal.

I took my family to the our Disney vacation recently and stayed at Myrtle’s place. It was close to all the attractions we went. Myrtle checked on us time to time if we needed anything. Check in and check out was flawless. Property was clean, fully stocked. Walmart, Whole Foods, Dollar Tree… literally minutes away. Two designated parking space. Bedrooms are upstairs and kitchen and living room downstairs which was convenient for us. Two full bathrooms were also a plus. Honestly I could go on and on! It’s truly a great place. Thank you Myrtle!

A good place to spread out if your trip lasts a few days and want to cook for yourself. The stove is a smart electric stove, which took me a while to figure it out. The area was quiet and peaceful when I went (November), but it's also a short drive to many of the theme parks. There is a Target about eight minutes away to buy groceries.

Comfy and cozy
The villa was very comfy and cozy, and met most of our needs. Because we were there for seven days we didn’t desire to eat out for every meal. The kitchen was challenging with no actual oven and only a toaster oven, so I borrowed a local friend’s air fryer and made some scrumptuous meals. The place is pretty tight in terms of square footage, but the master bedroom and bath were spacious enough for the two of us and had more than enough closet and drawers space. The second bedroom was our staging area for laying out daily clothes and where we stored our empty suitcases. Overall the villa was nice and in a really decent location that was VERY covenient to UO, CityWalk, I-4 E/W, I-Drive, SeaWorld, Wal-Mart, Whole Foods, Winn-Dixie, Chick-Fil-A, Bank of America, and more (somebody will appreciate something on this list…lol). As highly as we’d recommend it, I’m pretty sure we’ll look for something with a small pool next time to enhance our stay-in and entertain options when we need a break from running around Orlando. And to save the beat for last, corresponding with Myrtle leading up to the visit was nothing short of amazing! She was highly responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable.

The condo was very clean and exactly as advertised. The property grounds need a lot of attention and if you are looking for exterior amenities this is not the property for you. If you are looking for a clean up place to sleep and relax indoors, this is your place.

This property was convenient to a lot of Orlando attractions. Check in and out were easy. The place is small, but we were so busy we didn’t spend much time there. We had an issue with the air conditioning while we were there. The owner was very quick to respond to my messages.

It was myself, spouse and another couple. The 2nd bedroom was very small with bunk beds that was not really suitable for a couple… wish I would have known this ahead of time. The furniture in the unit is worn and the couch and unit had a bad smell.

All good just a small detail
The property was in a good condition and location, beds were comfy, any house hold kitchen items you need to use are there. The only thing is that the master bedroom bathtub was not staying properly.

Enjoyable and Convenient
We came to stay 3 nights with Universal Resort during the days. Convenient to park and dining, etc. Nice cold AC to return to every evening. Thanks for providing an enjoyable stay!

It was close to all attractions and stores. Had all the comforts of home although it could use a few updates ( dishwasher, coffee maker, couch). Area was quiet and having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a washer and dryer were great to have!

Everything was good Id stay again. The beds were uncomfortable though. I tried to pull out the sleep sofa and it nearly took my arm off. Location was great right in middle of parks.

Get what you pay for
Good location to Universal, shopping and stores. Place to crash after a long day but not really a hang out type space. Washer & dryer available was nice.

Perfect Location
The condo is perfectly located in the middle of Universal Studios and Downtown Disney. The condo is nice however we could hear the traffic from the main road and freeway, so it made sleeping difficult especially for light sleepers. The blinds could be improved as well as some blinds were missing from the main room and bunk room.
Responsiveness from the owner was great!
