Long leaf pine floors ,with 11+Ft ceilings.Furnished in a relax Hill Country Style with leather seating , cowhide rug ,and other vintage pieces with a timeless feminine touch. Two covered porches with plenty of seating to enjoy a morning coffee or evening wine. Whole-house backup generator ensures continued comfort in the event of power outage.

Clean, spacious house with everything we needed. It’s close to shopping, museums and restaurants. We didn’t want to leave !

We enjoyed our annual Christmas gathering and couldn’t be more pleased with our accommodations! It was so cozy and conducive to quality family time. We gathered around the kitchen and great room to exchange gifts and play games...a mom's dream...adult children laughing and enjoying being together! The furnishings are darling; an eclectic mix of classic comfortable and farmhouse chic. The beds are very comfortable. The house was very clean and tidy. Thankfully the pantry was stocked with coffee and necessities that we had forgotten! Front and back porches are comfortably and thoughtfully arranged. We didn't use the firepit but it was ready for us anyway! Thank you, Heidi for hosting our memorable get together!

Very lovely, comfortable home. Loved all the vintage decor. The house provided us with everything we needed & the comfort of home. We’re so appreciative that the house was decorated for Christmas. So enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave.

Met up with a bunch of friends for a Fredericksburg girl's weekend. The house was large enough to keep our group of six comfortably. It was even decorated for the holiday (Thanksgiving). All the communications from the host were pleasant and timely. The neighborhood was nice and quiet but we had easy access to Fredericksburg main street and food and shops. Would definitely do this again

The house is well furnished, inside and out. Porches in front and back are excellent for visiting. Plenty of sleeping and seating spaces inside. Kitchen and bath are well stocked. Everything was very clean. It is obvious that the owners put a lot of thought into making us feel welcome!

The second you walk into the home you are overwhelmed with how big it actually is. The design is incredible. Heidi the owner is so quick to respond to any questions you have. Will definitely be staying here again. Oh and the back porch and back yard are incredible!!!!

The home was charming and relaxing. The kitchen was well supplied to cook a meal. Loved the wood floors and layout provided plenty of space to spread out and come together. Perfect for a weekend get away and to celebrate our daughter's birthday.

Prefect house for a 6 person getaway with family or friends. Close proximity to the city. Nice, clean, comfortable, and easy to get in and out of.

Four older ladies having our annual sister reunion. Seemed more spacious than photos. Owner could be reached quickly and responded to our needs. Check in was easy. Quiet neighborhood. Just a minute by car to Main Street. So many things were provided( Coffe creamer..etc). We only cooked one meal throuout our stay. Light switches were labeled. The house was idiot proof! Great stay.

House was roomier than we expected. We enjoyed the owner's personal touches that gave us a glimpse of their family's history. Comfortable beds. Furnished kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Relaxing places to chat inside and out. Recommended place to stay!

The house was beautiful with a lot of history in the decorating. It had three great bedrooms with two nice bathrooms and lots of casual seating. The back patio was so comfortable to sit on with a glass of wine! There was nothing we didn't have. I would definitely stay here again!

What a delightful home! The perfect house for our low-key girls getaway (for the moms, the Mimi, and greatgrandma). Warmly decorated. Comfy beds. Well-stocked kitchen with all we needed to cook our meals. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and taking walks through the safe neighborhood. Wifi worked well enough for me to attend a work zoom meeting without difficulty. Would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated for the holiday. Heidi was the most accommodating host. We had a slight mishap upon arrival, but communication with Heidi was a breeze and she truly went above and beyond to ensure we still had a positive experience! We cannot wait to visit again!

The house was lovely clean and spacious. We all said we’d book again. Bigger than We imagined! Wish the location was closer to main. Need a Keurig machine as we had to bring our own. hard to walk on steps in back yard( we are all 70 years old) maybe pour a concrete path to the parking? Enjoyed the stay very much!!

Our group of four college friends stayed in Heidi's VRBO for a weekend getaway in Fredericksburg. The home was perfect for us. Plenty of space, all the comforts of home (seriously, she's thought of everything), and such a quiet and convenient location, with an easy walk to Main Street restaurants and shopping. Everything about the house was comfortable and easy (labeling the light switches and drawers is genius). We would all definitely stay here again!
