About this house rental
Get away in comfort and style at the NO WAKE ZONE RETREAT!!! No Wake Zone Retreat is a custom log cabin located in very popular Woodard Hollow on Grand Lake. HOUSE DETAILS: The house has 3 bedrooms (plus a loft) and 2 baths with beautiful views of the lake from every level of the house. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor (Queen bed in each), with a third bedroom in the basement (King bed). The loft has two built-in twin beds, as well as 1 King bed. There are TVs in all bedrooms, with WIFI enabled TVs in the living areas. The house has 100Mbps high speed internet for streaming whatever you like: movies, sporting events, or music. COTTAGE: Our 900 SQFT cottage is an awesome hangout for the kids (AND ADULTS)!! Complete with A/C and heat, it boasts a Ping Pong table, Air Hockey table, WIFI, TV, Dart Gun Wall, Nerf Basketball, and don't forget CORNHOLE!!!. Larger families/groups can also take advantage of the 2 sets of twin bunk beds and 1 bunk has a full bed over queen bed for sleeping! OUTSIDE/YARD - At just under an acre, this property has plenty of room for the kids to run around. There is also ample space for parking cars and trailers. Near the cottage there is a large fire pit area perfect for an evening hangout and s'more roast! OTHER: Guests will have full use of the golf cart to assist transport of people and coolers from the main living area of the house down to the boat dock ramp without having to climb stairs.

The property was great for my family. The house was very comfortable, the neighborhood quiet, and the game room was so much fun. Just a note there is not any nerf equipment as shown in the photos. There is however air hockey, ping pong, shuffleboard , , pickleball, and video games. The game room also had 3 sets of twin beds that made it a real haven for the kids. I would have appreciated more communication from the owners (3 unanswered messages) but other than that the place was lovely.

3rd time our group has stayed here for our annual guys weekend. Great spot on the cove. Property is as advertised.

It was a great time lots of space and things to do. Pickle ball court/basketball court was fun to do while being out of the water. The place was very clean and well taken care of. One of my favorite places to vacation so far.

The golf cart was a great amenity as was the ice machine!
As mentioned in other reviews a 3rd bathroom would be nice at the cottage and possibly light for the bball court.

Hosts were helpful and responsive, answering all our questions beforehand. Property was as amazing as the pictures indicated. Kitchen was fully stocked. House had ample space, plenty of towels for our whole group. Plenty of hot water too. House was easy to get to. Great views, TV's for everyone. The games were great. Golf cart use was so great to get stuff to and from the dock. House is located in a calm water cove and even though it was a big hang out spot for all the boats, the water stayed calm. The views were amazing from everywhere. Would stay her again in a heartbeat.

This was a great chose to spend our annual family get together at! There were 14 of us (10 adults & 4 children) total and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own beds and the two bathrooms worked out fine, but a third bathroom would have been ideal. We were very impressed with the property which gave everyone an area or place where they could enjoy whether it was inside or out. We spent the majority of our time boating or swimming off the dock which was very nice to have. We would have loved to have had lighting and Wi-Fi on the dock but Mother Nature prevented us from having that a few days prior our arrival. One of the other nice features was the ice maker, which helped out tremendously when wanting to ice down beverages before heading out on the lake. Great communication with property owners!

This rental had everything we needed. The property was beautiful and the house was so well stocked. We had issues with trash piling up and the owners responded right away and got it taken care of. We would stay again!

We loved the house. I think a bathroom in the bunkhouse would be a great idea. The ice machine was a life savor. The boat dock is amazing and we spent 90% of our time on it.

We had a family vacation with ages ranging from 14-72 and everyone had a great time. Tons to do with the game room, court, and dock with kayaks, prattle boards and floats. It’s close to places to rent a boat for a day in the lake, golf, & more. On-site ice machine was great for filling up coolers. No over-the-top cleaning/check-out procedures. One thing to note is that there are only two bathrooms. We had 10 people and that was a little bit of a challenge at times. Overall two enthusiastic thumbs up.

Upon arrival we had difficulty gaining access through the front door. I called all 4 of the management contacts and was only able to reach the last one. We later discovered that the basement door was unlocked and open. The heater was turned off and the house was very cold. The kitchen is very lacking and very very dirty. Many items throughout the house are broken and could be handled with simple routine maintenance (light bulbs, blinds, floor boards, door handles, etc.) The property is not as it was staged to appear in pictures. The furniture upstairs in the loft area has been completely rearranged and the game room (separate house) was really disappointing. Toys are broken and disorganized, Ping pong paddles are broken. The really nice Nerf gun wall in the pictures doesn't exist. There are no amenities for a baby. No crib or high chair. The washing machine and dryer both smell like mold very badly. Though this is not the fault of the property owner, the location is not great. The lake is nice but there is absolutely nothing else to do around this area within a 30-60 mile radius. We didn't have a great time. We have had this family Thanksgiving vacation 4 times now in 4 different states at 4 different VRBO locations and this is the first time all of us packed up early and went home because we just did not want to be there anymore.

No Wake Rental
This house is absolutely amazing. It was way beyond our expectations. It will be hard to ever beat this rental! If you have a family and need a wonderful place to say! I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful place!

Another fabulous stay
This was our third stay at No Wake Zone and it just gets better every time. The basketball court, pickle ball court, sofa downstairs, and king size bed in the loft are fabulous upgrades!

Just like fine wine
Improves with time! This is our 4th year staying at the lake house. Each year there has been something added to enhance the entertainment. (just when you think it can't get any better!)
The added bunk beds in the clubhouse, the basketball goal, the sectional downstairs were all a nice addition.

Tons of stuff for everyone to do from the little kids to the grandparents. We had a great weekend with extended family and can’t wait to go back. Big, well stocked kitchen, dock with lots of shade, and even pickleball! Look forward to coming back someday!

For a last minute getaway with the grandkids it worked out great. The weather held up for getting outside to enjoy the view. The kids also enjoyed the hills, the cottage and loft.

We had such a great time enjoying this property for the holidays! We enjoyed fishing off the dock, kayaking, playing ping pong, shuffleboard, air hockey and so many board games and cards. Our girls skated their hearts out on the fresh poured cement slab orerlooking the lake. The teens loved playing pickle ball volleyball, roasting s’mores and playing catch with the nerf fooball. This is an amazing space for a family of many ages and so many great views and things to do! Absolutely loved it and we will be back!

The hosts allowed us to hold thanksgiving with our family. They were kind, patient, flexible and understanding of our situation (we drove from VA and family was from KS, OK, NE, and TX).

It was just me and my wife staying there. This property is set up for larger groups and would be very good for that. It is a very beautiful home in the location I don’t think you can beat it. The check-in was very easy yeah well worth the drive getting there. It’s like all like home so I guess it has a heat pump. When we arrive the house was pretty warm inside and it takes the cooling system a while to cool it off. We noticed a lot of cobwebs in the bathroom and the cleanliness in the kitchen left a little bit to be desired. The owner was very easy to deal with with questions on the house. Had a great time

Perfect Vacation Lake House
I have stayed at a handful of places on Grand Lake. This house is by far the best for the price and meets all the needs of my family. Whether it be a great location, an awesome view while sitting on the upper deck, sitting around the fire pit down by the water, playing games in the game room, lounging on the dock to swim or watch tv, or a place to keep your boat for fishing or playing...it checks all the boxes! On top of that the owners are awesome to work with and respond very quickly when you have questions. When planning a vacation I always check to see if this place is available first...we like it so much I booked my next summer vacation week a year in advance to make sure it was available.

Couldn't be more perfect for our group!
The size and location of this cabin was absolutely perfect for my friend's low-key lake weekend Bachelorette party. The hosts were great and if I had a question or needed help figuring something out, they were an easy text or phone call away. If I ever find myself in Grove, OK again I will definitely be staying there. It would be great for families too!

The location couldn't be better. It feels like country but close to shopping. The views were amazing. I sat at the bar on the deck and ate my dinner or drank my morning coffee just gazing at the lake. The kitchen was well equipped and the ice machine was a bonus. Having access to the golf cart was helpful. If you want to make a fire in the firepit bring your own wood. The hosts quickly responded to all of my questions. I would definitely recommend it. It is in a wonderful location on the lake.
