About this house rental
New installed UV light in A/C to kill bacteria , virus, mold, fungies etc . This is a newly remodeled home located near beautiful old town Naples and the beach. Home is located on a quite cul- de-sac street . Kids and dogs are welcome. We speak English, German, Spanish Home has a large boat dock and is just minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico. No bridges. The canal at low tide is still at least 4 ft deep, so no problems with accessing dock and gulf with a rental boat . Enjoy Privacy and ammenities of the boat dock and pool area. The home sits on a wide canal with natural Florida landscape views on other side of canal The house is southern exposure, so you have full sun summer and winter months ! Guests are sure to enjoy a great stay at this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed and private bathroom (the walking closet is locked, our private stuff is stored there, but there is a rack you can use to hang your cloth), the 1st guest bedroom has a king sized bed, 2nd guest bedroom has 2 twin beds . Also there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen has full appliances (dishwasher, Gaggenau steam oven, induction stove, bosch speed oven including microwave, , warming drawer, beverage refrigerator, toaster, separate ice maker and a normal refrigerator we have a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and juicer! All cooking and dining supplies are provided , a dining table with 6 chairs, a kitchen bar with 3 bar stools. The living room boasts a 60" TV, 2 couches (3-seater and 2-seater), recliner, and side tables. The 3-seater is a sleeper sofa. We are located directly on the water with a boat dock, pool, and canal close to the bay, no neighbors on the other side of the canal! Enjoy total privacy! Close to 5th, ave (1 mile walking distance), Close to the beach! The house is in the area where free rides with electric cars are offered for free from slidr and the nickel ride to get you to any place in old naples and the beach. The pool can be heated. Home has washer and dryer room , plenty of room for your suitcases as well. Provided are beach chairs, beach umbrellas , beach toys, and bicycles in the garage. We came to Naples for a 60th birthday. This wasn't our first choice due to issues at the 1st place, this will be our last place, for we loved the property so much to make it an annual stay. Thanks so much for the stay it was very enjoyable. FIVE STAR for sure!

Our family including pet enjoyed the house to the fullest. The dock requires experienced person for docking boat, especially on low tide days but location, either in water or land was perfect. House is very close to Old Naples. The cleanest house I've rented through VRBO.

We had a few issues during our stay, but we had none with the manager, Ruediger. He was VERY responsive and very fair in our dealings with him.
Mechanical issues with the pool pump, pool heater and the home A/C were frustrating but were handled promptly and professionally by Rudy. He did everything he could to take care of the issues in a prompt & professional manner.
The house would be a first-rate property had it not been for many small issues maintenance type issues. These include messy gardens, a dirty comforter (main bedroom), dirty pool (due to pump issues?), mold in the wine cooler and food left in the freezer as examples. There were limited “starter” amenities such as toiletries in the bathrooms or trash bags in the kitchen - so bring your own! A bigger issue was NO hot water in the kitchen sink (yes, we let run for 10 minutes and had to resort to boiling water to wash dishes). There have been repairs made to the house, but they were not necessarily done well.
Bottom line, this property is okay, but it has potential to be a very nice rental with some TLC.

Property is showing heavy wear. Doors were chipped and needed painting, molding was missing, dirty and cracked. Walls were marred and scuffed. I will say our manager was professional and helpful.

Super-easy communication/coordination, great location, easy access to shops and all the action. Rented a boat during our time there, dock access worked perfectly. Basically fished every morning, hit the beach, then hit the shops and restaurants the rest of the day. What else could you ask for in a vacation!? Naples was a great location and this rental was a great accomodation to spread out!

Great place to cook, hang, and stay in Naples

More than enough room for our family of 4 (2 older teens) with our dog. The kitchen was well stocked, linens were super comfy and he had plenty of beach towels for you to use. We even had a bonus and were able to enjoy fresh coconut which had fallen of the trees from the property. The pool was clean and the temp was perfect. Loved the fact that it was screened in. (Bring lots of bug spray if you intend to be on dock at night) We were concerned about the bird poop on the dock by the description but it wasnt even that bad. The only reason we rinsed if off (one time when we arrived) is bc we didn't want our dog eating any poop. Often VRBO pictures are deceiving but this time they were true to life and reality matched the pictures. We drove to nearby downtown Naples for meals which was only 5 mins away. The beach is close by too but the kids had so much to fun at home we didn't even end up going to the beach. Ruediger was a great host and even ordered a paddleboard when I had inquired about them. We brought 2 of our own but I'm sure future guests would appreciate it..along with all the other items he has for your use He mentioned that perhaps it would be better to launch the board from the beach but the canal is very calm and those of us who were beginners had no issues launching from the dock. While we didn't use them he also has bikes and a lot of other toys and beach items too numerous to mention (chairs, umbrellas etc). Ruediger has tried to think of everything. Highly recommend this place and Rudiger as a host.

Cobbled house repairs, painters tape everywhere, mold in the pool, and so many ants. Nothing we couldn’t handle while there but not exactly what we wanted to be dealing with while on vacation or for an expensive rental.
Communication was accommodating - there was no point in telling him about the issues though for a short stay…we just bought ant traps and dealt with the rest.

Overall amazing experience. Property manager was on top of communication and providing us with information. The property was everything we were expecting and perfect for the occasion. Only downfall we didn’t have trash bags, but that fell on the cleaning staff and not the property manager

Nice property with the water out back making it a bit different to most Naples rentals. Very close to down-town and some great restaurants. Ruediger (host) was very helpful and responsive to questions.

The house is in a great location. We rented a boat for the week and we were able to park at the dock. Rudi is a great host, he checked in with us after checking in and quick to respond with any questions. Very convenient for access to Old Naples.

Great property on a quiet street with a screened -in wonderful pool! Right on the canal too. Walkable neighborhood and very close to 5th Ave and Old Naples. Rudy is very responsive and cares that you have a great visit.

Family Christmas Gathering in Naples
Our stay at this property was ok. The pictures online are lovely, the actual home is quite old. It was very close to another family members rental so we ended up spending much of our time at there home. We had issues with the Internet and two different days ended up staying at the house waiting for Comcast repair people. We were never able to watch any of the bowl games on the TV because the owner did not get ESPN. The owner tried to be helpful with different issues but he was in Germany and had no manager close to help out. We ran out of toilet paper and I was told we just needed to buy some. Having traveled and rented places much of my life that was a first for me.

Plenty of room to celebrate my birthday with our loved ones. Spectacular view of the Naples bay channel from the kitchen, dining room and bedrooms. The kitchen is a plus with all the upgraded appliances and fancy china. My sister even commented that she can feel the goodness and generosity of the owners. Thank you so much for this lovely space where we created so many beautiful memories. We don't have to leave the house at all to have fun. Downtown is so close by where we enjoyed shopping and fine dining. We will definitely come back.

After almost 2 years of not seeing family and friends, we all decided to meet up in Naples. What a lovely place to gather for a meal by the pool or dockside. Plenty of room to celebrate my birthday with our loved ones. Spectacular view of the Naples bay channel from the kitchen, dining room and bedrooms. The kitchen is a plus with all the upgraded appliances and fancy china. My sister even commented that she can feel the goodness and generosity of the owners. Thank you so much for this lovely space where we created so many beautiful memories. We don't have to leave the house at all to have fun. Downtown is so close by where we enjoyed shopping and fine dining. We will definitely come back.
