Located in Myrtle Beach, this attractive condo for $370 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to our direct oceanfront large corner unit condo at the Dunes Village Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! Our condo is located in the Palmetto Tower (the northern of the two buildings). This is a large direct oceanfront corner one-bedroom unit located on the 6th floor. This unit sleeps up to 6 guests. This unit is a direct oceanfront corner unit one-bedroom condo with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area! There are two queen-size beds, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub/shower. The living room has a full-size Murphy bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The unit also includes free wireless internet access, televisions in the living room and the bedroom, and a full-size washer & dryer. The rental includes bed linens and towels. In addition, we also provide a set of beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a beach cart as well as a pack n play! We own three other condos at Dunes Village: Unit 709 - 1 bedroom condo (VRBO #220702 - HomeAway #227866) Unit 909 - 1 bedroom condo (VRBO #334273 - HomeAway #356763) Unit 1421 – 3 bedroom condo (VRBO #405600 - HomeAway #979021) ABOUT THE RESORT: Dunes Village Resort is located in the northern section of Myrtle Beach on the South Carolinian coast. The Dunes Village Resort consists of two buildings which, combined, include an impressive indoor water park complex. The water parks cover approximately 30,000 square feet of an array of water park attractions, including Myrtle Beach's first adult-sized indoor waterslides, kiddies wet deck and play pools offering a selection of games and slides, a 250 foot long lazy river ride, a massive swimming pool with water volleyball and basketball, and a variety of hot tubs. *Please note that during the off-season, the resort does annual maintenance to the amenities. There will always be at least one of the two water-parks open during this time* ABOUT MYRTLE BEACH: Myrtle Beach is located on the Atlantic Coast in South Carolina. The unit was great. We had a large view of the ocean. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel meticulously cleaned each day. The pools were kept very clean. The only complaint we had was the pigeons roosting underneath the 7th floor. There was excessive amounts of bird poop on the hand railings and pipes that we saw and sometimes touched each time we came and went from the unit. The bird poop also fell on the mini golf course below making it unusable. The staff cleaned it each day, but it got gross quickly. If we stay at the at the Dunes again, it would be on a higher floor, so we wouldn’t have to encounter the pigeons or their poop.

For clarity, the condo/room was as described/pictured and overall clean. The resort had all the amenities as described and is an easy stroll to the beach itself.
The living room was nice, and provided us with plenty of room. The kitchen had what we needed, although we also picked up plates and cups from the store.
The bathroom is plenty big, but also poorly designed. Dual sliding doors where the locks dont want to work, and the tub is knee high which makes it harder for little ones to climb in and out of. A jetted tube in a rental space sounds nice, but I doubt it gets much use. There were plenty of soft towels, but only one shelf in the entire bathroom.
The balcony was a great place to spend the 4th of July. Truly the highlight of our trip. However, the carpeting on the balcony is torn up and peeling.
The resort next door, their outdoor bar area is directly below the bed side walls of this condo. Good luck getting to sleep before 11pm when the dj is blasting some of the worst hick hop you've ever heard. If you are there without kids, I'm sure its no problem. But trying to get a kid to sleep on the really cool murphy bed was a special treat.

The view is the best part that you will get. We came into town for a dance competition & needed a place for 5 of us. The view is spectacular, but the condo needs updating. You are outside & surrounded by pigeons until you make it to your actual room. Both doors to the bathroom do no lock - BEWARE! Our 16 year olds friend walked in on me changing. The windows to look outside the side were filthy and there were several cockroaches inside the condo making it not comfortable to sleep at night. It states the beds are queens, they are doubles. The Owners stated certain items that would be in the condo for use were not. It's unfortunate that these things were not taken off the forms. When I reached out to him, I was given the answer that "people take stuff unfortunately and that the hotel is responsible for spraying for bugs". This is a privately owned condo. Nothing is taken care of by the hotel, it was all done by us. Paper towels and toilet paper were scarce, as there was not even a full roll for us to use, just what was left over from the last guest. I wasn't able to check out the waterslides, but our 16 year old & friend said they were not good, so when it says "Largest indoor waterslides" don't expect much. It has older appliances as well. We saw several other condos friends were at that were very nice & cheaper to rent. If you're looking for a great view, you have it (& are paying for it), but other than that, I would keep looking.

We planned a short weekend get a way. Turned out amazing. It rained all day Friday but due to all there was to do at the resort the rain which would have ruined a day wasn’t noticeable. The kids loved the water slides and lazy River. Regardless of the time of you this resort was great. Our room was extremely clean and perfect for 6. Thanks for helping us make remarkable memories.

We had a absolutely wonderful experience here for one week! Was perfect for my family of four. Two adults and two very small children.
Honestly my only complaint is that they provide no cleaning supplies. I like to wipe off counters and tables daily, especially with two small kids. Had I known I would have brought my own spray or wipes. So just something to consider.

We had a wonderful stay! Condo location was perfect, it was very clean, beds were really comfortable and the view was incredible! The staff at the resort were all friendly. The 2 included beach chairs and toys were a great bonus we used everyday! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Waking up each morning and enjoying coffee with a view of the ocean is idyllic! The property had plenty of space and just what you needed to enjoy your vacation. With so many pools the resort had a ton to offer kids of all ages. The location is also nice since it is a short trip to everything in Myrtle Beach.

The condo is very clean and well cared for. The building has a restaurant/bar and coffee shop for the morning. We had access to all activities within the resort. Condo is also supplied with beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. The Murphy bed in the living room was very comfortable and quick to get rid of in the morning!!! We were very happy when we first walked into to the unit the pictures used on the website are not staged what you see is what you get. Was a great place to relax after long days of exploring!!!!

We came with a family of 4 and would definitely recommend. The location of Dunes Village is perfect for anything in Myrtle. The room is also in a great location for the hotel (with a beautiful view). A+ on the condo, as everything is there you need and more. Even has updated furniture and beach toys/chairs/unbrella- which most units don't. A+ on Amenities. We will be back to this unit.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Dunes Resort has a fabulous indoor water park for children, in addition to a restaurant and cafe. We hope to be able to make reservations for this same unit in the future.

We just returned from a phenomenal trip.. Could not be happier with the condo, how well stocked the kitchen is, the comfy recliner in the living room. The view is absolutely beautiful. You could not ask for a better place to stay.. The amenities at the resort are perfect for any family . There is so much to do and you never feel crowded. The beach is the prettiest beach I've stayed at in Myrtle Beach.

This condo and its view were absolutely beautiful! The resort is awesome; water slides and tiki bar are great. What made this place stand out though was the owners. Highly organized, responsive and friendly! I had everything I needed to know about the room (door code, address, room amenities, etc.) days in advance. There was a local number available to call if anything came up and they have stocked this place for guests! Everything you need for the beach(including a cart!), kids tableware, even coffee filters! Our family will definitely be back!! :)

Overall we had a great vacation. The only downfall was the air conditioner of the unit that couldn’t keep up. We were told to keep the curtains shut and there was nothing that could be done and they were aware of this issue. Our children thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities the hotel had to offer. Overall enjoyed and would recommend!

Beautiful clean well-appointed corner condo with a fantastic beach & pool view! Lots to see & do for all ages & abilities. There are several pools, hot tubs, indoor & outdoor lazy rivers, water slides & guests have access to all the amenities on both Dunes Village locations with wristbands. Many planned resort activities including DJ Saturday nights, Tuesday & Thursday for a fun party atmosphere. My autistic son loved the DJs & hot tub! :) There is even a scuba experience at the indoor pool with souvenir photo for a fee that we didn't take advantage of but looked cool! Tiki bar for the adults & Italian ice station for the kiddies, plus ice cream trucks camped out all day. Friendly helpful staff, guests were mostly families of all ages and we became friendly with several. Families are welcome to bring their own floaties for the pool and own snacks & drink coolers. Just don't forget your key cards to open the gates! Beach is a short walk & guests can bring their own chairs & umbrellas. There are also chairs/umbrellas set up that you can rent for $50/day. Just FYI, if you do BYO umbrella do not set up in front of the rental areas or you will be asked to move. Since we bounced back & forth so much we decided we didn't need to leave our umbrella set up so just left our chairs on the beach & those can be set up anywhere. No floaties on the beach but life vests are OK. Beautiful clean beach & great boogie boarding! Smooth sand which felt great. Not many nice shells but the beach is loaded with shark teeth (small black barbs), those were fun to find so bring a shovel & sifter but they wash up everywhere. Kids & adults alike had a ball digging in the sand! :).Water is super warm in August, over 80. The Captains Cafe onsite restaurant has great food & we ate dinner there every night. Great burgers, wraps, salads, seafood. The buffalo shrimp, fish sandwich, salmon dinner & fish & chips are awesome as are the hush puppies! Food can also be ordered from the tiki bar to be enjoyed by the pool. We had a great experience here & will definitely be back!!!

My husband and I stayed with our three kids ages 10,12 and 13 and we we're very comfortable. Our favorite spot was the nice balcony. The corner room was worth the extra few bucks. The room was clean and well stocked. Easy access to beach and waterslides were a hit. We loved that it was close to the action but not in the super busy area because beaches are better there. The beach chairs were helpful! Would stay again!

But our family of five each had somewhere to sleep and the condo meet all our needs. The corner view and Balcony makes any awkwardness worth it. The balcony stick out farther from the rest of the structure so you have a panoramic view of the beach. And a sense of privacy because no one was next to you. Sat out there every morning with coffee while the teens slept away.

The location of this condo was great. It was only a short walk to the beach. It was only a short drive to a lot of good restaurants. My kids loved the waterslides at the pool.
