Benjamin and Kassie are amazing The place is just as described. Clean an has all the essentials you would need plus more. Extra towels, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. The de-humidifier is amazing and air conditioning plus fan in bedroom worked wonderful. We had one little appliance issue and they were able to rectify immediately. We were at peace here and is centrally located to everything. Quick drive to downtown Broadway and their book of tips and places to visit were very helpful. We tried a few of them. Wonderful. Clear instructions for operating the TV. Truly was a great experience. Only suggestion I could think of is that there were no chairs in kitchen at island to eat a meal. Understandable as it's a small but very functional kitchen. We ate in living room, so worked out. Otherwise, wonderful place. Comfortable bed, plenty of pillows. We'd stay again for sure.

My husband and I were in Nashville to see Beyoncé, along with celebrating my 45th birthday. The apartment is absolutely adorable! The door code was easy to use for entry. The apartment is exactly as the photos appear. Very clean (my 14 yr old would have approved and that speaks volumes, lol!) Loved the decor! The location was excellent as far as being close to restaurants and activities, without having to go downtown. It was a 10-15 minute ride to downtown, as long as there were no major traffic delays, which are common in Nashville, just leave early. If you forget ANYTHING they will have it there for you from antacids to feminine hygiene products. Definitely check out their persinalized guide! We ate at Mikado, per their suggestions, and it was the best Japanese Steak House (where they cook your food in front of you) I've ever eaten at. I am in Nashville quite often for doctor's appointments and will definitely use this little jewel in the future! Benjamin was great in communications too and made sure we were happy with the apartment upon check-in.

We feel at home all the time, clean,quiet (very important to us) comfy place. 15 min. to Downtown.

Price was right and you get what you pay for. For the price, it served its purpose. Fruit flies in the house and some kind of beetle. It was very small and not at all comfortable. Worst place we’ve ever stayed but having said that it was worth the price and we were satisfied. It was a basement apartment with a sealed concrete floor. Located on the outer south east side and was about a half hour drive to downtown. The fin was was on Broadway and the Grand One Opry which we loved.

Nice place. Clean. We even sat outside on the patio one night because it was such a beautiful night out. Had everything you need. Would recommend!

Cozy, clean affordable

place was very nice,clean,quite and attractive. Everything worked as needed. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. would come back again with out a doubt.

This little basement level apartment was perfect for our short stay in Nashville. It was in a quiet area, away from the crowds of downtown but only a quick drive to get to all of the activities we did. It was a perfect size for two and very well-appointed with a great deal of personality. We loved the recommendation in the owners' guide book of good thrift stores nearby, visiting two of them and taking advantage of their Good Friday half off sales. The washer/dryer was then put to use so we could start wearing our great finds. We appreciated the nice assortment of Keurig coffees, teas, etc. as well. Great apartment at a great price!

We spent one night here as we were passing through on our way from Indiana to Gulf Shores. Very kind owner's and nice place. All the necessities.

My friend and I took a short girl’s trip to Nashville. We were in town for the Lizzo concert. This was A great place to stay. We were about 15 minutes away from downtown.

It was a very cute wholesome little place with everything we needed we loved staying here and the owners were so sweet 5/5 would definitely stay here again

We were in town for a music festival in Franklin. This place was the perfect base to see downtown Nashville and to have a quick drive to Pilgrimage. Very comfortable stay!

This apartment was perfect for the two of us. Very clean, eclectic decor was a real treat. Comfy bed and lots of little extras all throughout the apt. Owners were very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Quiet neighborhood and great location for exploring the area. If we're back in Nashville ahain, this is where I'd want to stay.

Easy and nice rooms.

I think it was better in person than in the pictures. It was a cozy place to stay. My daughter & I stayed, the neighborhood felt safe. About 15 minutes from Broadway. We had a great time. The only negative was, we were there in August & the bedroom was warm. The air unit is in the living room & it doesn’t really permeate the whole apartment. But there is a fan in the bedroom. I would definitely stay here again.
