This unit is part of the newly constructed River Gorge Condos. The condos are right on the Tennessee River. You will get to enjoy the views of the Tennessee River Gorge and the surrounding mountains! This is a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway! River Gorge Excursions has 2 hour pontoon boat private cruises through the beautiful River Gorge, this is a guest favorite. They are located 5 minutes down the street. There is also a Kayak/Paddleboard rental company next door, River Canyon Adventures (May-Labor Day)! We also can offer last minute booking discounts for all seasons except the summer and holidays! The Condo has all new Kitchen appliances. The living room has a 55 inch smart tv with cable, wifi! There is also a community grill that is available for use! If you love the water, we have a brand new double-decker boat dock! It's perfect for fishing, swimming, or putting kayaks into the water! The roof top is a great place to relax and enjoy the views and the sun! We also have a new pontoon boat available for rent! Our location is just minutes from great trails and other activities if you love the outdoors. Prentice cooper is only a few minutes away, and Signal Mountain is just 10 minutes away! Both have great trails with bluff views! We are also only 10 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga. There are many great restaurants, the TN aquarium, and other tourists attractions down there. I’ve stayed multiple times at this property in different apartments each time. Every time has been great. The view and location are perfect. Gary is a great host.

First off, Gary is great! Communication was excellent, as well as his attentiveness to our needs. Place is beautiful. Pay attention to where you are going as it is a little hard to find, and that's a good thing. Left from WI in a major snowstorm and sunburned a day later. We hope to return....and thank you Gary. Make sure to hike around the area and see all that this beautiful part of the country has to offer.

We loved the bird watching we could do right from our balcony. We were well-situated to head to Prentice Cooper for hiking or into Chattanooga for city attractions.
Our one complaint was that whatever was used to clean the bathroom fixtures and the floor made them sticky. That was unpleasant in an otherwise very lovely stay.

This was a great place to stay it was 10-15 minutes to all the attractions and restaurants. The view of the river and the bluffs is amazing. Gary was very quick to respond.

This is my second stay... We enjoyed it again!!! Location, view, and it has everything. I love the property and will make staying here an annual thing. The River Drifters Restaurant nearby was great .. Gary is great and responsive!!! I will be back.

The condo was very well laid out with comfortable furniture. The bed was perfect. We went on a chilly weekend but the river view is beautiful and relaxing and the condo was perfect for relaxing with some Netflix. Just what the doctor ordered!

The place is wonderful for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The place was clean and private. Parking was easy. The view and close proximity to everything the surrounding areas have to offer was excellent. Would definitely stay longer next time with a day or two incorporated to lounge, relax, and take in the scenery.

Very nice property with amazing views
We truly enjoyed our stay. The check in process was seamless and the property is quite nice. Lovely river views from the balcony. The property also has a dock with a large upper deck so you can enjoy the views on the water. Pontoon tours are also available and highly recommended. Jessie provided an excellent tour and great recommendations for sightseeing. Gary, the property owner, is very friendly and to top it off, he rescued us by providing a jumpstart the morning of our departure. Highly recommended!

A jewel on the banks of the Tennessee river!
I could live here! This is a wonderful place to "let down" and relax! It's simply "a piece of heaven on earth"! The accommodation was everything and more than what I would imagine!

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our meals. The neighbors and neighborhood were quiet. The manager was super responsive even before I made my booking. I love that it's right outside of downtown Chattanooga. We were able to go into town when we wanted, but had the peace and tranquility of the river right outside our window. As the title says, I will absolutely be back.

This location has it all - excellent interior space; amazing riverside location; peace and quiet; minutes away from terrific hiking; and less than 20 minute drive into the city of Chattanooga. We will definitely be making a return visit.
