About this cottage rental
A Diamond Property, Vacation Rentals "a cut above" This DIAMOND PROPERTY has been complete renovated to meet the standards of "a cut above". Bull n' Bear is brand new, renovated inside and out in 2017. There is a lower unit, "Bull" and an upper unit, "Bear" . EACH UNIT HAS TWO PARKING SPACES. All overflow must park in the public lot. Bear, the upper unit, has 2 Bedrooms and two en Suite baths. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has a "twin over queen" bunk bed. Each unit is equipped with a washer dryer, full kitchen, dinette, living room and fireplace. The outdoor seating area has a gas grill, plenty of seating, "dancing" ceiling fans, and a large gas fireplace. Step outside and take ten steps to Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. Super easy check in and accommodations were immaculate which is not always the case with pet friendly places. Found a nice spot to walk our doodle that was pretty peaceful, by the elementary school. Shopping and restaurants right around the corner! Great weekend in Blowing Rock with our friends!

The unit was nice and great location to walk to shopping and restaurants in downtown Blowing Rock. Check in was easy. The only downside was parking is tight.

Great stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the trail to the falls. Bonus points for being right next to a spa where we were able to get a massage. We will definitely be back!

Loved the Bear! This is a great location in walking distance to everything downtown. The house was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We have already rebooked with the host for next year.

Great location. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and even a hiking trail. My only complaint was we didn’t stay long enough. We enjoyed 2 nights.

This property is by far the best experience I have had using VRBO. The rental was immaculate and my friend and I kept commenting how yummy the unit smelled. It truly smelled so good :-). Everything was clean and nicely furnished. Check in and check out was a breeze. The location in Blowing Rock can’t be beat…and dedicated parking was the icing on the cake. Do yourself a favor and rent this place! I know I will again.

Perfect location and well appointed retreat
My family and dog came for a short visit to Blowing Rock and found this property to be more than we had expected. It was cozy and clean as well as well appointed with everything we needed. Will definitely stay again! Absolutely loved how close it was to Main Street and the shops.

We come to Blowing Rock frequently and have wanted to stay at the Bear for a while. We were thrilled that it was available. It couldn’t be more convenient to downtown. And the place itself was great! Very clean, comfortable, and beautiful! We hope to spend a lot of time there in the future.

Downtown near shops and park
Great two bedroom upper flat. Always perfectly clean and prepared for new arrivals. Only one block to main downtown with shops, restaurants, and park. This rental is very well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen and throughout. Super fun cabin decor; mostly new. The beds are firm with light pillowtop. Would definitely stay here again.
