About this condo rental
Nestled in Estero Island, this lovely condo for $117 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Prepare to be impressed by this wonderfully updated, 2nd floor apartment located just 1 short block from the beach. It sleeps a total of 4 guests (two queen beds). Fully updated within the past few years including the entire kitchen, granite counters, stainless appliances, vanities, 3 tvs & travertine floors. Wifi, bbq grill and a private balcony…pretty much everything you’ll need for a great beach vacation! 150+ very happy guests and counting! The "Seahorse Suite:" This thoroughly updated beach apartment is located on the second floor (just 1 flight of steps up) of a multi-unit building. It’s located in a desirable & quiet section of the island that’s quite popular amongst vacationers, recognized for its combination of being away from the crowds, yet in very close proximity to one of the nicest sections of actual beachfront on Fort Myers beach. The unit sleeps 4 with its 2 queen beds. The unit is fully renovated and well equipped with practically everything you'll need for you beach vacation. Thankfully, Ian didn’t really affect the inside of this apartment. Nearly everything was changed out in this property within the past few years. Courtesy of this remodeling there’s now a very inviting eat-in kitchen, upgraded granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a 4-door fridge, a convection oven & a nice and quiet, low-decibel dishwasher. Both showers have also been completely replaced and now feature frameless glass shower doors. There’s higher-end travertine flooring, ceiling fans in every room, upgraded lighting throughout, solid-core doors & hardware, a recently upgraded sofa & loveseat, elegant bathroom vanities, tasteful crown molding & chair railings and much more! A new ac in 2023 too. The owner had intended to reside in this unit, hence all the impressive upgrades that were made, but due to a change in plans, you are the one that will get to benefit from them! Also of mention: the newer 2-zone wine fridge, the multiple kitchen sinks (which are great for gatherings and prepping holiday meals), 3 LED tvs (55" tv in the living room & 40" tvs in each of the two bedrooms), wi-fi is throughout the property and there’s streaming internet to all tvs too (so you can access your Netflix accounts, Prime, etc). The unit comes with its own private second floor balcony (a perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee) and there’s a courtyard with a new outdoor sofa set down below too. Note that there’s convenient, shared laundry equipment located down on the 1st floor as well. Note this apartment has the following age restriction: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old (unless an exception is requested & granted in advance of booking). Have friends or family looking to stay nearby as well? Or perhaps you are looking for a lower priced alternative or need a first floor unit with no stairs? Check out my "Starfish Suite" which is a studio apartment also available in this same building. And there is also my "Mermaid Suite" which is another 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a more contemporary look on the other side of the building, also available for weekly rentals. Both are available for booking through this site as well. All 3 have a great track record with very satisfied guests and the reviews to prove it so you can book any of of my apartments with confidence! The property is located just one block away from the beach, 800 feet away, with a dedicated beach access. This way you’ll be out on the sand in just a couple minutes walk, without having to pay the hefty premium pricing charged for typical, small beachfront accommodations. Guest access: Guests will have access to their unit via a private staircase, leading up to a private balcony on the right side of the home. Unit is on a digital deadbolt for guest convenience and the code will be provided prior to your arrival. Please be aware of the following rules: Check in is 4:00pm, or later. Check out: 10:30am. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old (unless an exception is requested & granted in advance of booking). Max 2 vehicles. No pets. No parties. No smoking indoors. Outside ok. Group size restrictions: # of overnight guests is limited to the number booked in your reservation (max of 4). Max 6 people in your party at any given time on the property please (to ensure that other guests enjoy their time here as well). Pricing is based on 2 people and additional fees apply for additional occupants: $15 per night, per each additional guest (up to a maximum of 4 guests in this unit). Disclosure: Security cameras in use on the property (outside & in garage only). Nearby construction: Fort Myers Beach properties including the condo complex next door are continuing to receive Hurricane Ian repairs. AC defaults to 75 degrees. Max cooling 73 degrees (prevents it from freezing up). Travel insurance is recommended, to cover any interruptions, unforeseen events and/or needed changes. Town of Fort Myers Beach registration # 19-1161 Interaction with guests: Guest will be able to access their unit via a digital deadbolt system, so the timing of arrival is quite flexible (anytime after 4pm) and the unit will be all set for you on the day of your check-in. Also, the owner lives in one of the other units in the building, so he's very close by, if the need arises. That said, guests are given their privacy on their side of the building, but can certainly call the owner, if needed. He’s very happy to help you with suggestions & advice to ensure your vacation is a great one!

Everything was perfect. The unit was Wonderfull. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The beach was very close by no need to find parking. Condo was everything shown in the pictures on the website and more. The appointments in each room make the space feel like home and the sitting and entertainments spaces outside are better. The weather did not permit us to fully use this space but I can imagine several couples truly enjoying the bar and sitting areas. The location to 2 great restaurants and the gulf beach in walking distance of less than 3 minutes was our greatest pleasure.

Great Stay!
This place was Exactly as described. When you stay here you need to bring absolutely nothing, Except your clothes and relaxing skills. It’s clean, modern., and comfortable. Location was perfect far enough away from Times Square, but close enough that you can drive there in five minutes. We stayed there a month and we absolutely enjoyed every day. A True Gem !!
A true gem !! The apartment was exactly as advertised, newly remodeled throughout and extremely clean in a very friendly neighborhood. All the finishes and appliances were top of the line. The beach was a 3 minute walk away with easy access. The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of towels, linens, a fully stocked kitchen, beach gear and outdoor amenities. Dan even left quarters for the washer ! The shops and eateries Dan suggested were spot on. Would strongly recommend Heavenly Biscuit and the Fresh Catch Bistro. The backyard patio, Tiki bar, grill and porch furniture are a great addition. All around the perfect place for a wonderful vacation. Our only disappointment, the apartment is already booked for our time slot next year. But we will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing your place with us Dan !!

We were very very happy with this choice. I would jump at the chance to stay here again. The condo is even more attractive, and beachy, in person. It felt very spacious for two couples. It was VERY well appointed. We had everything available that we could possibly need from cooking gear to beach chairs and umbrella.. I found it an easy walk up to the square but the trolley stop is right there if you’d rather ride. (Download the app to see where the trolley is in real time.) Beach access is great. The outdoor entertaining areas at the condo are fantastic. We enjoyed the grill when we made a surf and turf dinner. The owner was very nice and professional. I gave it 5 stars because that was the max but I’m awarding it a 6th star in this review since it went above and beyond expectations.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was well stocked with everything needed for the vacation. And the price was certainly right. I thought the location was great too with a very nice section of quiet beachfront just a block down the street. And when we wanted livelier action, it was just about a mile away down to the downtown area, with its collection of lots of restaurants & bars and a more packed beach scene. But it was very nice to be able to return to this peaceful section when we wanted to come back and unwind. I was a bit hesitant when initially booking because of a prior guest expressing some noise concerns. Thankfully that certainly wasn’t the case. It was nice and quiet the entire time. And I on occasion met some of the other residents that live in a couple of the other apartments and they were all quite nice. Good wifi too which was important for me, as I had to do a bit of work while there. I’ll be back!

What an amazing experience! Everything you could ever think of is provided. Very comfortable, lovely finishes, super convenient location. Dan is very accommodating and quick to help out in any way needed. I’m sad my trip is over and look forward to our next stay.

Nice vacation rental
I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at this property in April 2018. Property was very much like the pictures and so much better than a basic hotel room for nearly the same price My first time doing one of these type of rentals, and it went really well. Wish I could have spent more time there actually. There were a lot of nice extras like the beach chairs and all the spices, coffee and misc cooking items already being there so I didn’t have to go buying all those little extras. I understand that a lot of these rentals don’t supply you with paper towels, tp, laundry detergent, etc. This one did, so that was a nice touch too. The owner lived on site and was very helpful with local advice on where to go and on good restaurants. The apartment was on the right side of the building and pretty private, so I liked that as well. It made for quite the enjoyable vacation and I’d recommend it for anyone as long as being on a second floor with steps is okay.

Lovely stay in this apartment! Very clean, nice décor, just a block to the beach and a couple great restaurants in very nearby proximity including Fresh Catch Bistro and Heidi’s. Enjoyed my stay and hope to be back in the future!
