This home was perfect. Everything was very well stocked with baby gates, night lights, foil, spices, laundry detergent and even toothbrushes! The shampoo and soap smelled amazing and seemed high quality. The whole home was spacious and had big open areas that made it easy for the family to gather without feeling crowded. The location was.quick walk to the beach. We liked that it was on a quieter part of town and only a very short drive to all the shops and attractions. It is about a mile walk to the aquarium and rides which was fine for adults but a little long for little kids. We loved that the yard was fenced so the little kids could play outside without as much supervision as other yards near the street. The kids loved the air hockey table and they were highly entertained for most the trip just by playing each other. We highly recommend this home and hope to stay here again soon!

This VRBO is on the south side of Seaside, away from the busy downtown area. The 2-block walk to the beach was perfect and that area was no overcrowded. The house was clean, light and airy. A large deck and open fire pit area made the cool evenings and nights with a sea breeze floating in just perfect. We could not have been happier with our stay.

Excellent location! We could walked to the beach or down the boardwalk to the center of the city. Our house was a great size for the 7 of us. We had very comfortable beds, lots of seating in the living area, and a great outdoor space too! Highly recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed the home. It was clean Only downside was the ants and bugs in restroom, lack of kitchen supplies i.e. cookie sheet. Also the moss on the porch was just too much. Overall we loved the home and would recommend.

Very comfortable accommodations and prompt responses when reaching out to the owner. Everything was in its place and provided in the location made our stay. Extremely entertaining with seaside festivities and beach campfires. All instructions were very clear and easy to follow lots to be done in a short amount of time and will definitely return.

Great location. The beach is less populated down at this end & makes for a good walk to the main area when yoi want to visit the town. The house is spacious with 5 bedrooms & a bonus room w air hockey table. Comfortable beds too!

Wonderful stay at the house. Quiet and enjoyable.

We had a blast with our family (mom, dad, two boys) and our friends (mom, dad, two boys). This house was great as it had two rooms with king beds for the parents and additional rooms for the kids. They bunked together in the bunk room and had a great time! It was nice to be off the main strip of Seaside as the house was super quiet and peaceful for when we needed to rest up, but close enough to the beach and town that we could walk anywhere we wanted to go. Perfect for what we needed and wanted.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property. On our last day there at we needed to contact the owners, they responded quickly and were very nice.

This location can not be beat. Short 2 block walk to beach. Short 3 block walk to small market. one mile walk on promenade to downtown. Roomy and cozy.

Wonderful property, perfect for the basketball tournament weekend during MLK, had everything we needed and close walk to the beach, promenade was less then 5 min drive, took us longer to look for parking then the drive itself, the house had an air hockey table which kept us kiddos busy between games, would advise the upstairs shower does take a good five plus minutes of running the water before it gets warm, there’s is more then enough water for everyone to shower! Loved the shower downstairs. Would recommend bringing serving bowls and tongs. The house was pretty clean except for some ants here and there, nothing big. Lovely deck but not enough seating outside along with the fire pit, but with all the basketball we unfortunately didn’t get to use it. Be careful of the stairs if you have little ones as they are a bit steep. We would definitely be back!

Our trip was between Christmas and New Year that had a big stormy weather. Had a number of power outages throughout the region, but was still enjoyable. Had an issue with one of the doors not accepting the access code on check in, but was resolved with communications to the host. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home and area.

The property was in a great location in Seaside. We enjoyed the short walk to the Beach and proximity to the Prom area. The house worked well for everyone.

Great place! Easy walk to the beach and can walk to town on the promenade. Nice comfortable place well maintained and clean. This was our second stay and will be back!

It was a nice property and I appreciated the very comfortable beds. In the end, however, it was extremely costly after all the fees, etc. Multiple hotel rooms would be more economical for a short stay.

We loved our stay in Seaside. The house was wonderful and spacious. The owners were very responsive. A great place for friends to gather!

Had a girls weekend at this property and it was fantastic. Lots of places to sleep, good kitchen space, we spent a lot of time on the big deck and the fire pit. Couple of short blocks to the beach. It is really ideal for a large group gathering. We loved it and would definitely stay there again!

This was our 2nd stay, and as last year we really enjoyed ourselves. Close to the beach, walking distance to a store and restaurants, and a delightful long walk on the prom to the turn around and town.

We had a fantastic stay here! The house was perfectly set up for families and close up the beach. The comfortable bedrooms and outside areas were perfect!

The layout of the house offered lots of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and enjoy during the day.
