Fully furnished 2nd floor apartment in the heart of Hollywood beach. One of the only private back yards (a large one!) in Hollywood beach. Steps to beach, boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, Garfield street parking garage and paddle ball courts. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, tile floor, dishwasher. Bathroom has full tub/shower . Spacious closets, private tropical backyard/patio perfect for entertaining or having a morning coffee . Off street PRIVATE driveway parking. Relax on the front porch for late afternoon drinks watching the sunset. Private stairs entrance with small balcony. Sleeps 4. Bedroom has King mattress that can be converted to 2 twins. Living room has slide partition for front room privacy; queen size sofa sleeper with sealy posturpedic mattress. Can be a bit noisy since it is in a very busy part of Hollywood.

Property was well maintained and quiet, and the location can’t be beat - a couple of blocks north of the Margaritaville resort, a block west of the Hollywood Broadwalk. Super easy access to Hollywood Beach, and the best part of the Broadwalk (IMO). We’ll definitely be back.

We had a fantastic time, less than a 1 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, food. The owners took great care of us. We stayed 7 nights and wished it could have been longer.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Close to the boardwalk and the beach. May restaurants within walking distance. House is well furnished as the listing states. Need to go upstairs so if you can't do steps, beware. Nice porch out front to sit and enjoy the weather. Comfortable backyard sitting area is great for entertaining guest.

Very pleased with our stay.
Overall everything was good. Since we are both in our 70's we found the steps challenging. Also found the parking a little tight.

This was a great little apartment. Hollywood Beach is a great area with lots to do and a fun scene. We could see the ocean from the window but were a just enough away from all the board walk festivities to have some quiet time. The private back yard and bikes were super. off street parking was a plus. The host provided some nice goodies and staples of coffee and cream which we much appreciated. We would stay again.

This was a great little apartment. Hollywood Beach is a great area with lots to do and a fun scene. We could see the ocean from the window but were a just enough away from all the board walk festivities to have some quiet time. Beach and Boardwalk steps away! Cahn was super quick with his responses. The house was super cute, bed very comfortable! Only thing is toilet set broke while we were out. Cahn was quick to respond and come to attempt the fox. However, parts were unavailable- we had to use toilet with no seat cover our entire stay. Aside from the beyond control of the parts the house was amazing! Very homely! We will definitely stay again!

Cahn was extremely accommodating and very quick to respond. You can tell he loves this house! The location is perfect! Awesome beach chairs and bikes available! Had a wonderful trip and will he back!

Nice area
We liked this area very much. The house is very close to the sea and the promenade. You can go both ways for a 3 miles stroll in a nice environment. We did that every morning and evening. There are good restaurants and bars nearby with live music. The house is a quite ancient, but has the charm of yesteryears if not the comfort of today. Overall a nice experience for a few days.

Since you are in the heart of Hollywood Beach close to Broadwalk and restaurants The area can get busy with traffic and people on weekends.
The house is exactly as pictured. The outside stairs could be a problem if you are an elderly or have knee issues. Otherwise, I personally prefer the second floor. . I am very happy I chose this house over other options farther from the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Beach house
Short but a great stay. The house is very close to the beach. We walked to the Hollywood theatre and Margaritaville. Paulette was a joy to talk to about the history of the home and beach. The home is very quaint. Thank you for sharing your home.

Decent little beach house with two units. Cahn was very attentive, and Martin was also great.
Only complaint I would have is the price. It was too expensive for the quality of the pull out couch for the second bed. It was a pretty old couch and a back breaker if your anywhere near 6’. Shower and bathroom were clean, and the place had a ton of outdoor beach stuff. Thanks!!!

Nice little place with a great location
Had everything we needed for a few days stay. The property was in a great location to just park your car and enjoy The great little boardwalk and the beach. They provide a couple beach cruiser bikes which we took advantage of and saw a little more than we would have walked. Property manager was responsive to our requests and minor issues. There was a very nice gentleman that did some work on the grounds that was also very helpful. I would definitely stay in this place again as well as recommend it. Thank you for the use of your beach home.

Super cute beach house just steps away from the beach
We came from TX to visit family in the area, stayed 5 nights at Paulees’s Beach House. The owner met us upon arrival, and was available if we had questions. The property has beach cruisers that we used most days, as it’s a block and a half from Hollywood boardwalk. The bed was comfortable. The home was well furnished. We hope to come back.

Very pleasant, relaxing & well equipped!
This property is a hidden Gem, the owners are very responsive & provide a very home like experience that you would only expect from family! We just arrived home & are already talking about our return to this property! This is not a resort, what this property provides is a true home & beach feel close to the action, but far enough away to be very relaxing with out all the noise & craziness of a resorts plus the personal touch of the owners who care about your stay! Great Experience!

Cozy stay with great location!!
My husband, 2 children and I just stayed for a 6 day vacation and the home, location and service were all wonderful. They are close to everything you need. The home was much better than a small hotel room and had a full kitchen. Patio was wonderful to soak up some sun while hanging out. Thanks and we will be back!!

Nice place to stay
Great centralized location for Hollywood Beach, shops and restaurants or a trip to Fort Lauderdale or Miami. Great boardwalk for a daily run or walk...just watch out for the bikes!
Cute beach themed upstairs apartment. Very comfy bed, kitchen has basic utensils/appliances/condiments needed, lots of towels. Bonus were the kitties hanging out on the back patio, made us miss ours. Bummer the weather didn't cooperate with our "sittin on the beach all week" plans! Our only con is the place could use a thorough cleaning: fridge door was dirty and didn't shut properly, no paper towels or napkins, glass tops/mirrors were smudged, blinds dusty...basic spring cleaning stuff. Cohn was very nice and easy to get ahold of - called him to figure out the tv because it was all snowy, and a heads up we were staying with family our last night.

Ideally located; well equipped and clean. The backyard is a real oasis!
This is our second stay at Paullee Beach House (upper floor). Just as we remembered it - nice kitchen with all the stuff needed to cook real meals; very comfortable and well furnished bedroom and living room. Two beach bikes a new propane grill and beach chairs umbrella and towels. The backyard is a restful oasis; very charming and decorated with Paulette’s art. We were greeted with a personal touch that make this place so special! The property manager Cohn is super nice and helpful. The house is very clean with no mold or mildew; very hard to find in South Florida. We will return.

Great Month in this "Old Florida" Home
The setting is perfect for a relaxing stay at the beach. Less that one block from the busy boardwalk, beach, shopping and dining! Well-stocked kitchen with all cookware and utensils needed. Convenient, shaded, fenced back patio for grillin' or just chillin'. Bicycles and beach chairs available for use. We plan to stay again next year!
