The tiny house is within 100 ft of chalet and is upscale. It has 2 queens, full bathroom w/ 4' shower, & a small kitchen with full size refrigerator. There is an additional flat fee of $500 to add the Luxury Tiny House regardless of the number of nights rented. It isn't included in the pricing noted on VRBO. *Out of respect for guests with allergies, the main house ISN'T pet/dog friendly except the Pavilion Bedroom Suite which has a separate entrance. The entire Tiny House is dog friendly. *Full disclosure: VRBO's system shows base rates as the price per night at first glance but the base price doesn't reflect the addition of fees so please look deeper for the overall price. For instance, the cleaning cost is $850 (takes 40-50 hours); the laundry fee is $500 (towels & linens for 20+ guests and 20+ beds), taxes which are a pass through to the county & state & VRBO's service fee are not reflected in the base price posted as the daily rate.
