About this house rental
Enjoy our 5BD/3BA beach house in popular Island Park which features two pools and community docks ideal for crabbing, fishing, or just watching the sunset. The pools are both around the corner from our home, it is a quick walk, even for little swimmers. Our home is conveniently located directly across the street from the Isles Beach Club and a public beach access (so no golf cart needed! It's a short 5 minute walk). Home sleeps 13 (2 Bedrooms downstairs: 1 King, 2 Full. 3 Bedrooms upstairs: Twin BunkBed with single twin, 1 Twin and 1 Full, and 1 King). WIFI throughout the house with TV's in both King bedrooms and a 60" Smart TV in the den. Full kitchen with plenty of countertop space and a dishwasher. Wrap-around deck with outdoor shower *Our summer season begins May 26 - Saturday to Saturday rentals only. *No Pets Allowed *Weekly Rate includes cleaning *Saturday to Saturday Rentals in Peak Season *Must be 25 yrs old to rent *Linens and Towels not provided

The house itself was great. Well furnished, clean, nicer than advertised (the pictures don't' do the house justice). The two neighborhood pools were a bit odd. No chairs, no shade, no umbrellas, just a pool with its concrete deck. Never seen a community pool quite so barren.

This house was super convenient to everything we needed and it had a huge family table that could seat all of us for family dinners. We loved the location and the house!

Awesome Vacation House
This was our second year renting this property. It’s in a great location with beach access just across the road and plenty of room for the nine of us. Property our is great to work with too.

From the comfort of our VRBO beach home - 5 bedrooms with most comfortable beds to a kitchen that met all of our needs to the dining table that had room for all - to the near-by beach walk along with neighborhood pool....we had a wonderful week! Our beach visit was memory filled for our family of 11! Our family had a wonderful week at Ocean Isles. The beach home was in an excellent location and Elizabeth was an excellent host. Everything we needed was there and the beach was just across the street so even our three year old walked back and forth from the beach every day. We will definitely stay here again. Do Not Hesitate!
This house was awesome. Clean, kitchen was completely stocked with anything we needed to cook, the beds were comfy and the deck was great. Leave out the back door and you just need to walk across the yard and you’re at beach access. The beaches were clean as were the community pools. Elizabeth the owner was easy to work with and was quick with responses. We will be back next year for sure.

Wonderful property!!
Well stocked, great size bedrooms and baths! The dining table seats 10 which was great for our family of 10! The home is very spacious and as close as you can get to the beach access which is located directly across the street! Super convenient for parents with small children! The pool was very convenient as well. Thank you Elizabeth! Your home is wonderful! We appreciate you making it available to rent!

Spacious, clean and very comfortable.
We had a wonderful vacation here. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, or hang together and play games and eat. We cooked and used the inside table as well as outside on the deck at the picnic table. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and pots etc and others had left coffee, sugar, flour, salt and pepper which was nice. Everyone said their bed was comfortable. We loved that the beach access was right across the road and the walk was very easy. Go ahead and book this house, you will not be disappointed.
