ABOUT THE HOME This spacious 2 bedroom & loft condo is one of the few units in Wildwood forest views from balcony, living area, and bedrooms. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, fireplace, TV and dining room. The master bedroom has a Queen bed with ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed & balcony access. The loft overlooks the living area and has two single beds and a TV. This unit provides all the comforts. There is one window AC unit in the living area and one in the master bedroom. The rest of the apartment is cooled down with portable fans. COMPLEX: WILDWOOD LODGE Located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, and only a short walk or free shuttle ride from the lifts and the Village, the Wildwood Lodge is one of Whistler's great affordable condo-hotels; featuring an outdoor heated pool (summer only) with breathtaking mountain views, and a huge outdoor hot tub. Shared laundry and secure ski/snowboard and bike storage are available. The underground parkade has two level-2 EV Charging Stations (C$1.50/hour). LOCATION: BENCHLANDS Located slopeside on Blackcomb Mountain, the Benchlands offers alpine seclusion while still being just steps from the Upper Village as well as the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. With a slopeside setting, these lodging options will have you on the slopes (or the first tee of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course) in minutes. Many of these complexes have ski-in/ski-out access and they are all on the free shuttle route to and from the Village. In the summer enjoy quick access to Lost Lake Park as well as a weekly outdoor Farmers Market. THINGS TO KNOW - This home only has air conditioning units in the Master bedroom and the living room area. Portable fans are provided in all other bedrooms. - Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request. HOUSE RULES No smoking, no pets, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25. Base occupancy is 6 adults and max occupancy is 7 adults. The 7th adult pays C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
