High tide is perfect for kayaking, fishing, crabbing, splashing in the water and swimming. Low tide is the best time for clamming. All the time is perfect for sunning, walking, people watching, barbecuing, resting, relaxing and watching the sunset from the balcony with a full view of the Bay. Watch the seals sunning themselves and then meet the friendliest people at Eleanor's Undertow, dine at iconic Mo's Restaurant and Hwy 101 Burgers on Historic Taft's 51st Street. Visit the Chinook Winds Casino. Hike the local trails to Hart's Cove, Cascade Head Trail and Drift Creek Falls. Don't forget to stop at the glass blowing workshops that supply the "Finders Keepers" contest's glass floats. No pets permitted. “Quiet Hours” for the entire complex are between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am daily.

Unit is clean and the view is great. Upstairs neighbors stomped and drug stuff across the floor all weekend. Every time they flushed their toilet or showered it sounded like the water was coming through the ceiling. Shower is not made for anyone taller than 5’2”. Location is good for walking to things.

This was a very clean unit and we loved seeing the bay right out of our room. The only issue was the noise from the neighbors above the unit. We even heard them when we were trying to sleep. Other than that, the unit met all of our expectations and we felt safe and secure there. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were amazing. The updates were well done. Thank you for allowing us to rent your condo. We loved it.

This was a perfect place for our family weekend getaway. Close to shops, food trucks, and right on the bay. It’s even nicer than pictured, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I can’t wait to stay again!

Loved the stay it was wonderful great place great beach access and are able to have fires on the beach, a great plus is the bathroom sink was awesome and had a light on it which I noticed while washing my hands so awesome! Thank you so much for the beautiful stay and I enjoyed it very much.

This was such a lovely place to stay. It matched exactly to the listing and was more than plenty of space for me and my family. It was within walking distance of lots of places and a great view of the bay. If we stay in Lincoln City again we will for sure see if this place is available again. 10/10 would recommend!

I brought my 14 yr old, her best friend, and my 6 and 7 year olds. We all had a great time! The condo was plenty big for all of us and it was fully stocked with anything we could need. I forgot to bring nonstick spray for the Rice Krispie treats but no worries, it was there, along with syrup and lots of other things one might forget. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils. there were plenty of towels, even laundry soap! The view from the third floor was amazing! I really can’t say enough good things about our experience. It was absolutely perfect and just what we needed to relax and forget the rest of the world for a weekend. We Will definitely be back and will request #307 when we do!

Perfect location!

This condo really is in the perfect location. Patio/balcony is a perfect place to enjoy time when not walking the beach. Super close to Mo’s and grocery stores. Short drive to Depot Bay and Newport. The condo is very up-to-date and fully stocked. Fantastic place to stay! My husband and I will be looking for this condo the next time we go to the coast.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean, had everything we needed and was right on the bay. It was great to have the balcony overlooking the bay so we could watch the tide go out and come in. We enjoyed having access to the beach right there, we went on lots of walks. The condo was within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

we caught a perfect weather weekend, but the real perfection was the accomodation. Yes, the condo was clean, but the details set this stay apart from all others I've experienced...wonder if they have a toaster, why 9f course. How about all the necessary items for a lasagna dinner, of course...so much we didn't utilize such as fishing poles or kite to fly...Barbara has thought of every accomodation! An absolute pleasure!

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time. Very comfy and fully stocked. I went with my daughter and granddaughters just to get away and celebrate my daughters 40th birthday. We shopped and played them came back to all the comforts of home. The owner is great and as I said I’ll definitely be back

My family and I love staying @ Waters Edge whenever we get the chance to travel to Lincoln City. We love the peace and tranquility of the Siletz Bay. I’m so glad we had the chance to book unit 307. The stay was amazing. The condo was clean, spacious and had recently been remodeled so it felt like staying in a new home, plus it had all the amenities necessary to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the communication with the owner was great. Barbara was friendly, professional and hospitable 💜�
