Great views from the Sagebrush room. Wrap around windows from a corner room. Very good, huge breakfasts. Extra cost guided tour was exceptional. Ask for Dave!

The hot breakfast provided was nice, but it could be made much better and turned into a key differentiator. The breakfast room(s) are a very great setting, can be leveraged more fully.

The breakfast choices were quite limited and could be improved. Adding croissants, muffins, fruit yogurt, cheeses, more fresh fruit would help. The choices for vegetarians can be improved,

Delicious, hot and healthy breakfast fixed at a set time, with other guests. Allowed us to meet travelers from Italy and Switzerland. Spacious sitting area, very spacious rooms with outdoor sitting areas. Excellent location for visiting Capitol Reef.

hotel is being remodeled but there wad no warning about it. i booked a room with a jacuzzi and there was no jacuzzi.

Good communication and easy to get to the room. Breakfast is well-organized and you share a table with other people, which in our case was quite pleasant. The room itself was quite big and comfy.

Probably depends on the time of the year (we were in early April in), but the winds were VERY strong at night and we had to use our earplugs in order to rest well...

Absolutely nothing! Okay, the French toast was sort of okay.

Everything! This place was under construction and nowhere near ready for guests. We apparently got an upgrade so am afraid to know what the other room was like. The owners never showed their faces, there seemed to be a kids’ sleepover going on, so we weren’t able to use the hot tub, and we couldn’t turn the heat down in the room. Even though it was in the single digits, we opened the windows. The shower was worse than a campground.

Beautiful location, lovely room, tasty breakfast, friendly owner. Inn was undergoing renovations when we were there, but inconveniences were minor.

Nice views on top floor. Room was clean and comfortable. Manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Easy check in. Delicious breakfast!
