About this condo rental
Located in Vail, this attractive condo for $247 per night is a great option for your next break. Welcome to our comfortable first floor, one level, two bedroom, two bath condominium. The unit which is located across from Lionshead. Take advantage of the free five-minute shuttle bus to Vail Village just outside your door. Our unit is steps away from the four-season outside pool and two outside hot tubs, and our large sunny deck has a gas BBQ. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has one queen and one twin bed. There is also a brand new (2014) queen-size sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy the scenery and activities that Vail has to offer and know that you have a comfortable place to come back to and relax. Free internet access. Also available for Feb World Cup week. Unit was as advertised. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness as cleaning crew had not finished their work when we got there at 4:30. Host Martha was easy to reach and got it taken care of. Location is great only steps to vail shuttle, and then only 2 stops before Vail Transportation center near Gondola 1. As others have indicated, unit is well stocked but a bit dated. A TV bigger than the 36 inch flat panel would have been better to watch the BCS Championship game, but it worked. The community hot tubs (2) were 30 steps from the back door - perfect for a quick sprint in single digit temps! So as a place to sleep, and spend daytime enjoying Vail, it worked great, and I would consider coming again.

Location is great, steps away from the bus stop and 2 stops from the Vail transportation center. Plenty of room for our family to enjoy and relax. While the amenities in the unit are 'aged,' the place was clean, functional, and suited our needs. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

The property is exactly as advertised! Short walk to the lifts via Lionshead or, on particularly cold mornings, an easy bus ride to Vail Village. Not to mention a 25 minute bus ride to the base of Beaver Creek for $8 round trip! BONUS! The apartment is larger than it looks online. We were two adults and two 16 year old boys with plenty of room to spare. The boys loved the heated pool and hot tub. They were in both every night of our trip. We are certain to be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's very close to the shuttle route and was a great value. We enjoyed the 2 hot tubs and all seasons pool. It was clean and comfortable and the owners are very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, comfortable, & relaxing. 2 recently retired teacher friends. We used the pool and patio. There are about 6 steps to go from parking to the door. Just in case that’s a consideration for you. But it is not a long walk. The set up of the unit allowed us to each have our own bedroom with a private bathroom. Terrific stay!

Perfect place right near vail
Had a wonderful stay at Martha’s place. Clean and great communication. The most comfortable couches to melt in after two big days on the slopes!

A comfortable place that could easily sleep 4 or 5. Full kitchen with grill, just missing a spice rack. Nice heated pool and hot tub. A 1 minute walk to the bus that will take you to the slopes.

This property was just as pictured in the description and photos. It was an excellent value. The price was amazing considering that we stayed the week before Christmas. We were especially thrilled with the free Vail shuttle that picked up within steps of the condo. These shuttles proceed directly to Vail Village transportation center. It was SO EASY to get to the slopes and Vail Village anytime of the day or night for free. We never had to use a car. Our kids especially enjoyed the outside pool and hot tubs (in the snow!!). The house was clean, but as you can see from the photographs, the decor isn’t very modern. This was expected and was fine for our family. We had everything we needed to cook meals. The fire place worked well. The dryer took multiple runs to completely dry loads. I assume this is why there were three sets of washed but still wet bedsheets we’re hanging in the master bedroom closet to dry. The wet sheets hanging in the closet weren’t too disturbing to us since it confirmed that all bedsheets had clearly been washed and replaced just before our arrival. They were neatly folded and on hangers to dry.

Shuttle Stop Just Steps Away

Great Value and Location
Perfect for our family of 5 Adults - loved the location and proximity to Vail village and friends we were visiting. While the condo is a bit dated it was completely comfortable and just what we needed to feel at home for thanksgiving. We loved the little porch to the outside and we made great use of the hot tub and pool every day. We would totally come here again. Thank you for opening your property for rental!

Nice stay in Vail
We had a really nice time staying in Vail. The property was centrally located on the west side of Vail village and Lionshead and was an easy drive to those locations. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the muliptle playgrounds for the kiddos.

Great Visit
We really enjoyed our stay at Martha’s property in Vail! She was a quick and helpful communicator and went out of her way to make sure our family had everything we needed. This is a fantastic location with trails and parks close by and just across the bridge from Lionshead. Hope to stay again in the future!
