With ample space for families and groups of friends, this two-bedroom, three-bath loft sits above the central artery of Pearl Street, with a wraparound deck affording views of the surrounding mountainsides with nary a roofline obstructing the panorama. Belying its pristine sightlines, the penthouse sits only three blocks away from Town Square, allowing for all of the convenience and culture of downtown living. The entryway greets guests with aesthetic elements and ample storage for their gear—in vintage storage bins no less. Just beyond, the great room encompasses the kitchen, dining, and living areas in an ambiance of contemporary yet comfortable cool. A cathedral ceiling buttressed by exposed beams lend an industrial element to the open element, and two walls of windows make the panorama ever present. A gas fireplace framed in barnwood and capped by a bison mount serves as the focal point of the living area. A woven sectional (laden with chic accent pillows), a pair of framed leather armchairs and two petite sheepskin stools invite lounging by the fire or watching movies on the large flat-screen TV. An antler side table and polished stump add western flare. A plush area rug, placed atop the cherry floors, lends warmth. Nearby, a round dining table seats four in slipcovered chairs beneath an artful array of antique mounts. A banquette beside the dining table adds entertaining flexibility. Our family stayed for 5 nights. We were thrilled with the condo and it’s location. The pictures are accurate. It was beautifully decorated, clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Four adults stayed here and loved it. Great location in Jackson - waking distance to the square. Parking in the garage is a breeze. Furnishings and amenities were really nice. Highly recommend and would stay here again

Wonderful stay from start to finish. All necessities of a home stay are there waiting for you. Everything from simple seasonings used in the kitchen, laundry detergent, elevated toiletries and linens, to books and marked instructions on how to operate the electronics. Exceptional. We will be back.

The Red Line shuttle is right across the street. Clear Creek was very accessible if there was an issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condos. Only issue we had was we called the Concierge on Monday to help on some excursuions to do next couple days. She (Believe Stephanie) never called us back until 4 days later (Monday afternoon) with multiple excuses. We fended for ourselves and lost out on boat rafting as we waited for her to contact and help us and when we called they were all booked. Don’t have someone on your Concierge Service that isn’t customer focused. We did corporate sales for 30 ’s ALL about responsiveness. Sherri T from Charlevoix, Michigan). We will be back. Love JH.
