This is a top floor two-bed two-bath condo in building 5. Free WI-FI. The living room has a 37 inch TV, and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories. In the dining room there is seating for 4 with additional seating at the bar. In the bedroom there is a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. From your private balcony you will have an awesome mountain view along with a partial view of Oma's Meadow. The clubhouse is now open and ready for our guests to enjoy the indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling areas. I've stayed several times at Sugar Ski @ CC. This unit is on of the better units I've had the pleasure of using. Truly ski in , ski out. The only ski slope one can access is a blue ( medium difficulty)Not a difficult blue. It is on the 3rd floor so you have to walk up two flights. Very convenient to pool/hot tub.

This is a fantastic location for ski in/ski out on Sugar Mtn. You are literally steps from the nicest 2 blue runs on the mountain. The resort staff is wonderful - very responsive and helpful. And the newly renovated pool/hot tub area is beautiful.The particular unit in which we stayed was clean. We enjoyed having a top floor/corner location. The space was adequate for 2 couples (we were skiing/exploring the areas most of the time). However, it could use some updates.

This is one of the renovated rentals and I highly recommend spending the extra $50 for it. There are 2 bathrooms which was nice for our group. When we called to book our trip we were told this was the only ski in and ski out resort in the area. When we arrived there was no snow on the slope they put us on. The whole reason we booked at your resort was to jump right on the lift and ski. We would have had to walk quite a distance to get to the only slope that had snow on it. So we never even skied here. Had to drive 45 mins to other resorts . The property is very old. No amenities at all. It honestly was a total disappointment and we will not be returning. The money that was spent was outrageous for what we received. Plus you have about 3 flights of stairs just to get to your room. Not what I was expecting.

The clothes washer needs to be replaced. When on spin cycle, it sounds like it is going to go through the floor. There are 2 wheels missing on the lower dishwasher rack. There was no dish washing soap to hand wash dishes that couldn't go in dishwasher.

Staff at Sugar Ski and CC have always been very pleasant to deal with. This unit was clean and very well maintained. Everything worked walls were clean and free of marks. Looked like a new home. Exterior of the units is getting updated and the work is nearing completion. New exterior is very nice. Unfortunately this is a warm winter so no snow on Oma's but the slope is very easy to reach. Ski locker out in the hall is great and secures with your door key. Will definitely stay again.

We had a few issues with our rental unit that could've/should've been addressed prior to our arrival: 1) broken handle on sliding glass door leading to balcony; 2) washer & dryer are extremely outdated and inadequate; 3) dishwasher was not securely installed and falls forward when opening the door; tv had intermittent sound (some channels had no sound at all). With all that said, we enjoyed our stay

The rental is in a perfect location to maximize time on the slopes. (And for non-skiers to sip hot coffee and watch out the window of the balcony!) A few things need to be done to make the rental worth the money. Replace the couch-- it is horribly uncomfortable! And the lower dishwasher rack does not run on the track. Annoying! Bathroom door sticks

The weather was a problem for us, warm and rainy :(, but people were still skiing. Only the last day and the previous night it got below freezing. Then the snow blowing machines worked 24 hrs a day, quite noisy at night. The slope right next to the lodge was not operational until we had to leave :(. I skied twice with the kids. Once before the freeze, once after, when snow blowers worked all day. It sucks to ski through the massive snow blowing in your face! No fun at all.
The apartment is a bit old inside. The couch seats are not attached and slide out when you sit on it. The shower was leaking a bit. The kitchen utensils were very old. Overall it was still not bad. If the weather was better we would be more happy.

Loved the updates in this condo! Wood floors, granite counters, and updated appliances. Great location: building very close to office and hot tub. Building 5 also convenient to the path to the slopes. Bus service goes up and down the mountain in case of inclement weather or just to take beginner skiers to the bunny slopes.
