The cozy holiday home is located in south-west Florida, more precisely in the beautiful port city of Port Charlotte. In 2015 the house was newly renovated with a protected pool area. The southern orientation allows you to relax in the sun, whether in summer or winter. Or would you prefer a barbecue ?! Oh, why not both? After all, it's vacation. In a few minutes you can reach the city center or the beach. There are some of the latter to discover in your area. The Southwest International Airport in Fort Myers is about 1 hour away. The living space of approx. 95 sqm is divided into:   2 Bedrooms 1 bath Living-dining area kitchen   The master bedroom has a king-size bed, closet and separate access to the bathroom. Bedroom number two has a queen size bed and a closet. The small bathroom has a shower (with low entry), one Toilet and sink. In the living room you will find a comfortable couch and an even more comfortable armchair so that you can enjoy your approx. 250 programs on the 60 "flat screen TV or surf the in-house WiFi. The inner dining area is designed for 6 people, in elegant white. Important of course on vacation in the USA: The kitchen! With oven, microwave, coffee machine and refrigerator with ice maker and various accessories. There you can try out many new or popular dishes. (We deliberately avoided using a scale in the house ;-))   Pool area: The pool has the dimensions of approx. 8.30 m X 4.40 m, and is at the lowest point approx. 1.82 m. The water is heated with a solar system, and the pool is south facing. So you enjoy the sun all day, and the temperature should be pleasant. In the area protected from insects there is also a dining table for 6 people and a grill. Garage: In the garage there is a washing machine and dryer, which can also be accessed through an entrance from the house. The garage door is not automatic.
