I would like to thank SobeLux Staff for hosting me and taking care of the small details : the kitchen was very well equipped, everything was clean , Ac working well , comfortable bed , I liked that I had TV to watch a movie or a show before sleeping . The noise coming from the neighbour ,unfortunately neighbours that came on Thursday night of my stay were very loud , inconsiderate of hours of sleep . I think there should be a law to prevent neighbours from being loud at night .

Die Wohnung selbst war augenscheinlich sauber. Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, man muss sich wohl im Klaren sein, dass man hauptsächlich dafür bezahlt. Man ist nach kurzer Zeit zu Fuß am Strand, es gibt jeden Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Die Bushaltestelle für den kostenlosen Trolley ist auch direkt hinterm Haus.

Das 2 Bedroom Apartment ist insgesamt deutlich kleiner als ich es von den Fotos erwartet hätte. Das zweite Schlafzimmer als solches zu bezeichnen ist schon grenzwertig, es ist eine kleine Kammer in die zwei Betten gequetscht wurden, so dass nichts (und ich meine absolut nichts) weiteres mehr in den Raum passt und nicht mal die Zimmertür sich mehr komplett öffnen lässt. Das angebliche Schlafsofa würde ich niemandem als tatsächlichen Schlafplatz zumuten wollen. Die Klimaanlage der Nachbarwohnung befindet sich scheinbar direkt hinter der Schrankwand und ist unfassbar laut. Im Bad muss man aufpassen, dass nicht alles von der Wand fällt. Die Handtücher waren fleckig und löchrig (und ich rede hier nicht von kleinen Löchern, die vielleicht erst beim zweiten Mal hinschauen auffallen). Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war eher schleppend, es wurde zwar halbwegs zeitnah geantwortet, aber wir mussten für einige Dinge teilweise mehrfach nachfragen bis wir eine brauchbare Antwort bekommen haben.

Die Größe des Esszimmers, Bades und Hauptschlafzimmers. Die Lage war für uns als Familie optimal, da wir es ca. 25 min bis zum Strand und 2 min bis zur nächsten Fahrrad-Station hatten. Die Küchenausstattung war okay (lediglich fehlten zwei flache Teller sowie ein Küchenhandtuch und beim Toaster gingen nur 2 von 4 Schlitze).

Das Apartment ist sehr abgenutzt und hätte sauberer sein können (z.B fleckige Bettwäsche und Couch). Die Wände gehören dringend gestrichen. Die vorhandenen Bilder sind nicht aktuell. Die Fernbedienungen haben nur teilweise funktioniert. Einen Handtuchwechsel gab es bei unserem Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten nicht (auf dem Schild im Bad steht: Wechsel erst nach 7 Tagen). Gerade bei der Fußmatte im Bad sehr problematisch, da man nicht duschen kann ohne diese zu überschwemmen. Das Apartment ist sehr hellhörig. Wir haben jede Bewegung aus dem Apartment über uns gehört. Das zweite Schlafzimmer (Kinderzimmer) ist sehr klein und man kann dort nur schlafen. Der Esstisch war extrem wackelig und verkratzt.

Die Lage sehr Zentral. Schöner Park für Kinder war in der Nähe.

The only furnishing for sitting around in the evening was an uncomfortable 3 seater sofa in an otherwise empty space. The dining table wobbled. We were a party of three and I think the apartment could take four, but there were only two plates amongst the crockery. The coffee maker had no instructions and we could not figure it out. No dish towel. The bathroom was generally in a bad state of repair. The sink stand was coming apart at the edges and the walls were dirty and scuffed. There was a lot of noise from the upstairs flat.

A localização era boa e o bairro agradável. Transportes públicos e um bom supermercado e cafés acessiveis a pé. A cama do quarto principal era boa e o quarto de bom tamanho. Não estava incluído pequeno almoço.

Para uma estadia de 7 dias num clima tropical seria agradával poder ter alguma vez lençóis lavados além dos que estavam postos nas camas. Seria útil reforçar o equipamento de cozinha. Também não encontrámos qualquer equipamento de limpeza, pá, vassoura ou aspirador. Acabámos comprando panos/toalhas de cozinha no IKEA.
