Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place fit our family with all the perfect number of "suites" for each couple. The apartment was perfect for our newest couple with a new baby. The AC was challenging to control at night but overall...location, location, location! A WIN!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were bumped from our usual North Bethany location due to construction but Wilgus helped us find the Fenwick property. Very clean, but sparse kitchen supplies for a large family. Basement apartment was a bit musty, but the owner was at the property cleaning everything inside and out with bleach. Recommend this property overall. Great furniture, decks and porches and eating space.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this property several times and love it! The layout is spacious, every bedroom has a bath and there are decks galore. We love the two family rooms, game table area, multiple decks and separate dining area that allow family members the freedom to mix and mingle when they want as well as have private solitude when desired. Additionally, the proximity to the beach is fabulous!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful house in a great location. We had a large family group and there was plenty of space to gather as a group and for everyone to get away in their own private space. The outside shower was an added bonus along with the outside patio.

We are a 1/2 block from the beach , and that is so much easier with little ones. We only had one issue and it was the wash machine it decided to break as we got there , not sure how long it was acting up but when we called the appliance repair man was there the next day. Can’t ask for anything better. Always a treat to stay in this home!!
