Good stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The accommodations were definitely rustic, but so peaceful! We loved the woodwork in the house and the woodsy details, and it was nice they had some dvds handy if we wanted to watch something on tv! The setup of the bathroom (shower was in the bedroom area) was unique, but fine if you’re comfortable with the people you’re traveling with. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the screen porch, and it was nice that the radio was on when we arrived (I assume to deter bears). The driveway is a bit steep, so we were glad we took my SUV. I would’ve liked to spend more time outside on the property as it was a nice secluded and quiet space, but we were only there for a short and busy trip.

It could have been better but wife had to leave after arriving and just stayed for one day the off to Washington DC leaving the states under Orders. I understand following Orders for soldiers.

Off the beaten path, quiet and relaxing. Go to town if you must have internet. A cell phone can get you through!

The cabin was in an amazing neighborhood , so close to Shenandoah National park. Cute little cabin with all the basic needs for an amazing weekend stay . The hot tub after a day of hiking was amazing as well .. We would for sure stay again .

It was beautiful stay . Enjoyed the time we had while staying at the cabin. Loved being out in nature and not have nothing to worry about .

The stay was exactly what we needed, only thing missing was a cutting board!

We enjoyed ourselves and relaxed without our daily responsibilities. Thank you for letting us stay. The only thing that I say needs an upgrade is the mattress because it dips in the middle. Other than that we got to spend some good quality time together. Thanks Bill for letting us stay at your place.

This cozy secluded cabin is great for couples looking to unplug and have a relaxing getaway from the city. Host was very responsive to questions that we had, property was clean and had great amenities like the hot tub and outdoor games like corn hole. Outdoor overlook is great for morning coffee, sunset beers and star gazing.

The house is in nice quiet place but loaded with tons of dust. The window shades and area under and next to the bed is really dusty. There were around 8-10 dead stinkbugs in heating unite and the property owner never respond to my message about the dust... we left after 1 night

This was an amazing cabin for a weekend getaway near Shenandoah. The host was very helpful when we needed to add an additional night onto our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place could be great but it’s lazy caretakers. the new bed, does not mean new mattress. We slept in a V for 3 days. The pots, pans, dishes, cups and silverware were grungy Was definitely a caretaker issue. The fan and the humidifier and the heater could wake you out of sleep they were so loud. We also slept on Top of the bed because again we were not convinced this place was clean. The towels And wash cloths had a bad smell. We went to Walmart and bought our own.

Would recommend to others if looking for a nice quiet weekend away from all .

The location is awesome and peaceful with sound of running creek nearby.

We had an issue with the hot tub shutting off. But communication with the owner was very good and we were able to get the hot tub working again.

Incredible peaceful and quiet and close to a wonderful small town with lots of things to do for a weekend get away

Our journey was absolutely beautiful. My husband and I sat on the chairs that were provide for us outside on a platform looking over the mountain. . We witness pure beauty of GOD as we looked at the trees and the little creek from high up which gave us both a peacefulness and inner joy in Our Hearts. My husband has unsalvageable cancer and it was a gift to us to get away from this rollercoaster ride we have been on. I had the opportunity to hike the lovely property and remember my childhood. My communication with Billy was wonderful. If you are looking for peace and pure beauty of nature that is Not man made I highly recommend Billy Cabin . The cabin inside is charming and has everything you need. We plan to come back in the Spring if Bob’s health permits it. Both of us Love this Cabin in the Woods. Property is exactly as advertised. accommodation’s have that rustic feel with all the modern comforts. If you are looking to unplug and recharge… it’s the perfect place. Close to everything, with privacy and seclusion.

Close to skyline drive, nice little cabin good view of mountains abt. 45min to Luray caverns well worth the trip to see, also got to visit Cooters. A museum of Duke's of Hazard (both Luray & Cooters off rt 211)

The property is perfect for two people and is very close to one of the Shenandoah entrances. Cute and cozy!

We spent 4 nights and had a great time. Cabin is adorable. Bed was not comfortable so we didn't get much sleep. Views are just trees but they were beautiful. Loved the privacy. Cleaning folks need to up there game. All in all things were good.

Stayed here for a hiking weekend in Shenandoah- it was a perfect distance from the park and the town of Elkton. Owners were helpful and informative. Would definitely stay again!

Like the peacefulness , but close to amenities.

This cabin was exactly what we were looking for in our hope to get off the grid right before a busy weekend. The location is really convenient to get to the park as well as the town of Elkton (we enjoyed Elkton Creamery our last night!). The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking.
