The house is of high quality and modern furnishings and has 3 friendly bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate pool deck toilet, a very spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area for 6 people, a cozy living room and an electrically & solar heated pool (13.5 m ) with jacuzzi. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful and peaceful vacation. You will find enough beach towels, towels and bed linen in the house. Beach equipment is available as extras. The house has a washing machine, dryer, 4 large flat screen TVs with cable TV, DVD player, dishwasher, microwave, gas grill, telephone (free local calls) and free high-speed WiFi, etc. The villa is looked after by a German-speaking administration of our trust. You will receive all the information and help you need for your completely satisfied holiday. The rent includes a credit of $7 per night for power. Power costs beyond the limit of $7per night (0,15 kWh) will be deducted from the security deposit.

We have been there for the second time as a family with two kids (now 10 and 7). It is just a great place to be: Lovely location and well equipped. Everything is as advertised - besides: The owner is hospitable, kind and courteous as one could be. Thank you so much for an awesome holiday time! Hope we can come back soon!

Excellent home and location. Owner and management are responsive and professional. Home comes well appointed and the pool/spa was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

We had a great time at Villa Summerland. We enjoyed the lovely atmosphere of the well-appointed house and the well-kept pool. The owners and the manager were professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to be back.

This is our second time staying at this property. We will definitely be back for many more. This home is perfect in every way. From the views from the pool and hot tub to the location of the house to shopping and anything else you may want to do. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The owners responded to our questions immediately, we were well taken care of. Wonderful views of the canal and great location in Cape Coral. This vacation home was just amazing! We were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! This house was exactly as described. It was clean and had your start up necessities, like paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap. The view from the pool looking into the canal was gorgeous!! Loved sitting in the living room and looking out into the canal, but did wish that the curtains went all the way across the sliding glass. I always felt like someone was watching us at night time.🤣. Kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to make a great meal. All your beach accessories are there also. You literally need to be nothing with you. There’s even 1 fishing pole in case you wanted to fish in the canal. Loved, loved the beach decor of the house. It totally had that Florida beach vibe. You are about 1 mile from Walmart/Publix and so many different restaurants. Short drive to the beaches was a plus. I highly recommend this rental, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks so much for a fantastic vacation!

Cape Coral Paradise
Our stay at Villa Summerland in one word Amazing! The home was exactly as described, clean, and had exactly everything we needed during our stay. The pool was a fantastic end to our day to relax and during the days for some fun! The location was literally in the middle of everything or a short distance to stores, restaurants, beaches, and more. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back! House was exactly as decribed. The main problem was when i booked my credit card charged a foreign exchange charge twice. Once when i booked and another when paid in full. I called vrbo on the 1st charge of $20.69 and he told me to tell the owner and she will reimburse me. She didnt and then the 2nd charge $31.55. When i spoke to the owner on the 1st charge. She said that is just a minimal amount. But she never offered to pay me back. The 2nd thing was at check out the girl asked us to put either the towels or sheets in washing machine. I have rented many places all over and have never been asked to do that. It wasnt a big deal. But when you pay that kind of money to rent. You should have to do anything!!!!!!!!!!
Other wise it is a very nice place, a quit neighborhood. Just check with you credit card company before booking.

Wonderful house and location
Loved the house. Perfect location close to everything we needed. Loved the view of the canal while lounging around the pool. Quiet neighborhood. When we had a question the owners responded within minutes. Also really appreciated the beach equipment in the garage (beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc).

Cape Coral Favorite
Everything was as expected and more. We now have a new favorite home in Cape Coral. House is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Bathroom by the pool was very convenient. Close to shops and restaurants. Boat lift and access to gulf. We will be back again! Thank you for providing such a great home!

Villa Summerland
The house is beautiful and the location is great, in a nice neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool, everyday, the solar heating was enough to heat it up to a good temperature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook your meals at the house. The only drawback of our stay was that we had to wash most of the towels before we could use them, because they smelled terribly. This was probably result of broken dryer, which broke just before our arrival , according to the property manager. Mgmt company wasn't able to replace it during our stay, either :-(. Had it not been for this, it would have gotten 5 start rating.

We really enjoyed our stay at the "Villa". The property was exactly as listed, was beautiful and relaxing. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The neighborhood was quiet too. Close to shopping which made getting groceries really easy. We hope to come back!

The property was exactly as pictured on VRBO. The neighborhood had a quiet and peaceful vibe. The check in/put process was very easy. We had an absolutely wonderful week! I would definitely stay here agian.

Perfect Location!
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to everywhere! We traveled with another couple and having bedrooms on separate ends provided plenty of privacy, especially since the home is so spacious.
We expected to pay extra for electricity (as stated in rental agreement) and were happy it was only $30.
This home is perfect for families or couples!

Great house
The house was spacious for two, clean and in good condition, and there were plenty of towels, kitchenware, and all of the appliances worked. The grill was clean, and someone came to clean the pool the day after we arrived. Our only complaint is that we were provided with two extra rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towel, and we were there for 10 days. There was also no dish soap or laundry detergent. We have rented houses previously and these items are normally provided, so this was more of a surprise and an inconvenience than anything else. When we asked the property manager about the limited and lack of supplies, he told us to deal with it ourselves.

The house was great and had everything one would need. The property owners were very nice! The only thing I can think of is renters should be made aware of the $35 per week electric charge allowance and the pool and hot tub are not heated. Other than that the house was perfect!
