The locations was close to the airport and convenient to so many nice restaurants and beaches. We could even walk to the grocery store. Beautiful residential area and oasis like backyard.Was the home clean and in good shape? The first words I said when I walked in were “wow, this is great!” It was classy, beautiful and included homey details like complementary coffee making supplies. Everything was well labeled and easy to find. Logically laid out. The knob in the back master shower kept coming off but that was the only thing a little off. The pool and backyard were amazing! Was the vacation rental management staff helpful: Yes, they accommodated our early arrival, their recommendations for restaurants worked out well and they responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay.

The house itself was great. Very pretty, well maintained, nicely decorated and spacious. And then you walk into the backyard… super nice, completely surrounded by lush palm trees, and the beautiful pool in the center. Plenty of sitting, very nice. We had a great time.

This long awaited get together with family from all over could not have been better! This home is spotless and gorgeous. The pool and backyard were like our own little resort. My grandkids, 6, 6 1/2, and 9 spent hours everyday in the wonderful pool. We only left once to go to the Museum of Discovery and Science, also a big hit. The layout of the house was perfect and it was stocked with anything and everything we needed. The whole experience was just magical and we were all so sad to leave. We are already talking about when we can come back!

Can’t say enough great things about this place! Clean, roomy, very responsive manager, fabulous pool area! We were 7 adults, and everyone loved it. Would re-book in a heartbeat!

This house is your perfect get away! So close to many restaurant and bars and your outdoor pool is your own paradise! David was so responsive for everything! Would definitely come back!!

My family and I loved everything about our stay. The house is fantastic and David was an amazing host. Every possible detail or need a guest would have was covered in the communication or in the house amenities. The backyard and the pool were great, the bedrooms were good size. The kitchen is so well-stocked with any tool you could need to cook. We would definitely stay at this property again and were sad to have to leave when our vacation was over...

Tropical touches are everywhere with attractive decor inside & out. Outside, the private backyard is surrounded by lush palms & a beautiful pool. Even at night you are able to enjoy, as the patio & pool are beautifully lighted. Inside, the home is very clean & well stocked for all of your needs. David provided exceptional customer service with any questions or needs we had. The beach, stores, & restaurants are in vey close proximity to this property. David & Steve are great hosts who go out of their way to make everything as perfect as possible. They are quick to respond if you have any questions or needs. The home was warm & inviting with special touches. They even provided sunscreen if you forgot to bring yours from home. The pool & yard was a tropical paradise. Loved the home’s tropical decorating theme! I would recommend any properties they oversee.

Nice house and nice neighborhood

House was more than perfect! Everything we wanted was there and there was no need to leave the house as it was well equipped, mostly now in time of Covid, it was just great to enjoy the pool and relax with family. i definitely recommend it and we will try to come back whenever we get the chance. David was a great host, very attentive and helpful which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our stay was emaculate!!!! Upon arrival everything was beautiful, clean, and inviting. During the stay everything was just like home. The home is in a great area everything in good distance. We really enjoyed our stay and will be staying again. Thanks for everything. It was beautiful!!!

We had an amazing vacation in Fort Lauderdale. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool so much in the mornings and evenings.

The only downside was lack of any spices, etc. We made the best of it though! We grilled a couple nights and the grocery store and liquor store was super close! Fort Lauderdale beach was beautiful! I would say the best parts of our trip were the days spent in and around the pool at this house. The yard and pool area is gorgeous and so private and tropical. The location is really convenient to the airport, beaches, and shopping. I would love to stay here again.

When you see a property with over 100 5 star ratings, it can raise your expectations… But our experience validated that these ratings are not only authentic but deserving for this property! The communication with the owners via their company app as well as them offering to meet up to say hello if we wanted started things off on the most amazing tone before we even got there. Checkin was beyond ease- a 6 digit code process that we received before arriving that allowed us to walk right In at our 4pm check-in and have the kids in the pool by 430pm! The house is exactly as pictured- and we both grilled and cooked over our week plus there and found the appliances all to be up to date and in great shape! The pool- we have a 3 and 6 year old and the pool was perfect. 4.5-5ft depth, and over the week we retaught our son to swim and this was a perfect pool to do so. It was cleaned twice while we were there and never interfered with our ability to use the pool! The house was perfect and also with 3 showers and 4 bedrooms we found it to have plenty for our party of 5. The beach as we knew was a little over 7-9 min drive away. We spent 2.5 days at beach and are very familiar with the area and knew that not that far away was beach area and a park on the beach and could get there quickly daily. The location for us was perfect in relation to the beaches. Everything in terms of restaurants that you would want were no more than 12 min away and we found our place to be centrally located no matter where you chose to dine (or shop). Everytime we would Waze where we were headed we kinda laughed that it was always 8 min away. So close and so convenient. It’s hard to really find a downfall here. The only thing this neighborhood doesn’t have are sidewalks but it is very quiet and we had no trouble taking our daily walks even with a stroller and 5 of us. In conclusion- this was 5 stars from start to finish. We had one small what we thought was an issue with the dryer and someone was there within 15 min AND NOTHING WAS WRONG (user error)… They could not have been kinder or more understanding… We will return here again and we’re just beyond pleased with the house and stay!

We stayed in Poinsettia Heights for nearly 3 weeks with our kids (adult kids) visiting for part of the time. We loved the neighbourhood. Quiet and walkable. Close to really nice grocery stores, pharmacies, parks. The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Great place to work (there’s a quiet, bright office space). The back yard is really private, beautifully landscaped, and the heated pool is a bonus and was well used. We didn’t need anything from the hosts, but they were very welcoming and provided lots of great recommendations. There’s an app provided when you book that has all the info that you need. Will happily stay here again if in the area.

The house was very clean and beautifully appointed. The backyard and pool were so pleasant with tall trees and vegetation giving a real sense of privacy.
