The island has 7 miles of beautiful sugar-white sandy beach where you will see pelicans dive, dolphins play and the ibis run. Seabreeze Cottage is situated on a quiet road with access to the beach, via a leafy lane, just 200 feet away. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY AT THIS PROPERTY TO COMPLY WITH THE CITY OF HOLMES BEACH VACATION RENTAL REFULATIONS. The property is comfortably furnished and very well equipped offering everything we hope you would need to enjoy the perfect holiday. The master bedroom has a king bed and benefits from an en-suite bathroom with bath with overhead shower, basin and WC. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and the family bathroom has a shower, basin and WC. The sofa in the sitting room can also be made into a bed which allows the property to sleep up to 6 people. As the property is built up on stilts it benefits from a lovely raised wooden deck area which is reasonably private thanks to the palm trees and shrubs surrounding it. The deck is furnished with a table, chairs and loungers. There is off street parking for 2 cars. Shops, bars and restaurants can be found within easy walking distance and the free trolley bus stop is just a few minutes walk away which enables you to venture further afield on the island without having to use your car.
