Great space! Lots of beds and super close to the mountain, lake, and stores. Loved having the hot tub and fire pit. Everything was clean and there was more than enough coffee cups for everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is quite large and they had a really beautiful living room that was bigger in person vs. the photos. Only downside we ran into was the very large driveway was completely iced over - it was legit an ice skating rink which was scary for a few folks and very dangerous. Would recommend this place for the price to anyone visiting the Lake Harmony area!

We rented this property for my bachelorette weekend. 9 girls. Bedrooms were great sizes 3 with 2 beds each and 3 with one bed each which was perfect for our group! 3 Bathrooms were great, one on each level. Kitchen is updated with all new appliances Washer and dryer also seemed new. Hot tub was clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for baking and cooking. Very quiet neighborhood and even had a friendly deer hang around all weekend! Overall great stay!

This place was very cozy, and big enough to entertain privacy for different age groups. It was cold and rainy out so we could not really enjoy much of the outside. This location is about a 5-10 minute walk to a lake and maybe another 10 minute to local taverns. I love the mountains so that was nice. There was enough toilet papers and sheets. Some board games were a good touch. Great to have TVs with YouTube and Netflix which you had to log in for. Sucked to have to take out own trash down the street up the hill specially after paying for cleaning fees.

The thermostat kept resetting and not working. Had to call the property manager few times, he would say that he will login and handle it remotely, but it didn’t work. It was not a good experience with 90 plus degrees outside.

Not bad but needs a thorough cleaning. Dust spider webs food in the cushions dinner table had what appeared to be dried juice on it not cool especially for the price!

Our only concern was upon arrival the upstairs toilet was leaking water on bathroom floor, we called property management who said they would come to look at it but never did. So for entire weekend, the 2 women upstairs had to come downstairs to use the toilet. Not awful, just inconvenient. Four Seasons is beautifully situated with lovely views from living room windows. Would definitely recommend this house for large groups.

We have been coming to Split Rock for Wine Fest for 10 years now and had to find a new place this year as our old rental was sold. This house was the perfect size for us and in a great location. Nice to have a water and ice dispenser in the fridge. Loved the deck and spacious living room areas. Had some issues with getting the AC working. Could not get it to turn on no matter what we did. Would also suggest some more chemicals to the hot tub. Had a musty smell to it. Was one of the main reasons we rented the house but some were turned off by the smell and would not get in.

Very clean, easy to follow instructions, great amount of space for our group/staff retreat!

We rented this house on Easter weekend. It was family affair of 17 and it was amazing. Three beautiful floors with so much space super clean. We had a blast. Highly recommend this house for a big family getaway.

Four Seasons was perfect for our group. 4 couples looking to ski and snow tube at Jack Frost. Four Seasons was clean, plenty of room and wide open "living" space. The 2 bedrooms and 1 bath room on all 3 floors was great. Kitchen and dining area was well used by us all. I would recommend this house for families and groups. Property manager was fantastic and extremely helpful.

The day before we were scheduled to go away for the weekend, I got a call from the landlord saying that we could no longer stay there. With 10 people coming from out of town for the weekend away, we had to scramble quickly. I called Pocono Mountain Rentals the morning of check in asking if they had any properties available. They luckily did, and they all did an amazing job of getting us into the house at the original check in time. Once we got there, the house was great. Friday night was raining, but there is enough to do in the house to keep everyone entertained. Bars, and restaurants are a quick drive or walk away, and it's a great little town. We would definitely stay at this house, or any other property again.

Slightly unhappy with cleanliness, but was with very low maintenance people so we did not make a fuss (shower liners had mildew, mold in bathroom). House has no amenities, unless paid for or brought, which is difficult for a weekend trip. Basics should be included (toilet paper, cleaning products). View was amazing.

Our plan was to go white water rafting on saturday and make the most of the rest of our time there and this house definitely helped fulfill those plans. It was in excellent condition. No issues at all. Everyone enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool table. Great places to eat just a few minutes away. No complaints whatsoever. Garbage disposal right outside the house and the recyclables drop off was only a few minutes away. if i could make one recommendation it would be to replace the twin beds on two of the bedrooms with a queens or full size beds at least. We had mostly couples on this trip and this would have made the experience that much better.

First, it was super easy working with the property management company, as there was very minimal wait for any communication throughout the entire process (shout out to Carmen). Leading up to it, we had a hiccup on the door code (because we had early check-in) but it was immediately solved with a simple phone call. House was big and had everything we wanted (the pictures on the site don’t lie). Property was close to the supermarket and other stores/restaurants we went to (within 15, maybe 30 mins). We did paintball during one of the days, which was also close (15-20 mins away). Weather was very nice, which helped the experience. Overall, very satisfied by it and would do it again.
