My place is great for couples, solo adventurers or business travelers who are looking for a longer term stay. This is a private one bedroom, one bath condo on the first floor, located in North/Central Austin - a prime and convenient area to a lot of amenities and not far from The Domain, The Arboretum and Downtown. You'll have the entire condo to yourself, which comes with a comfy queen mattress for a great night's sleep, spacious closet, air mattress (if needed), fully stocked kitchen and washer & dryer. WiFi and basic cable are included. A custom sliding barn door helps separate the bedroom from the living room. Just a heads up - every unit on the first floor can hear their neighbors above them, so know that you may hear my upstairs neighbors from time to time. The exterior AC unit is located next to the bedroom window, so you'll hear that when it comes on.
