Awesome location. Walked everywhere we wanted to go in downtown. Fast response from owners. We had a great weekend!

Great time. Loved private parking and building be set back from street. Made for a quiet stay. Central to all of downtown, food, shopping, and NAU campus. Our unit was the only one with a private patio. Super fun

Comfortable beds and great location to hit the town. Having parking on the property is also key. Would stay again.

Great location. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. Hosts were very responsive and flexible with us when we requested a change in dates.

My sister and I stayed here for two nights. Loved the location - close to lots of diverse restaurants and cafes. Beds were super comfortable and well spaced. Per the photos, there is no kitchen but there is a small frig (no ice), 1990s micro, and Keurig. If you plan on eating a light breakfast or left overs, you will need to bring your own utensils and plates/bowls. Paper cups are provided for the coffee. I use a walker and the house and parking lot are very accessible. A three wheeler can navigate the bathroom and still close the door. Shower is walk in with no grab bars. We appreciated the parking lot was gated. Owner is very responsive.

We were very happy with the property. It was as stated in the material provided. We found it accommodating, cute, just the right size for us and the location was FABULOUS for our needs. The property owners answered messages quickly, too. We enjoyed our stay in this cottage!

Although the location is adjacent to a soup kitchen and the two beds are not divided by walls/doors, the space was clean and the location was great for walking downtown. The only issue was the property had no air-conditioning and being as it was 90F for a high and the room was extremely hot we could only stand to stay one night of our two days.

This apartment was a great home base for our trip. The location was great. Very easy to walk to many restaurants and all around downtown flagstaff. The host was quick with communication and the property was exactly as listed. Previous reviews said it was right next to a mission, which it is but there was no issues at all and we felt completely comfortable even with small children. Couple things I would mention for anyone else traveling with small children, bring a noise maker for kids who go to bed early. The bars up the street are pretty loud at night. Also there is no bath tub only a shower. And the desk area only has one chair so there isn’t really anywhere to sit and eat or play a game.

Like the title says, the location is the best. A minute walk to everywhere. The room was exceptionally clean, complimentary bottled water, and coffee was a bonus. Plenty of towels, wash clothes and toilet paper (now on the topic of toilet paper, the paper at this unit is reminiscent of rice paper. I’m talking thin. So there’s that.) Overall, great experience and will be back for sure.

Great place convenient to old town Flagstaff. Would have been nice to know that it is located next to a homeless mission, but no issues while we were there. As a CPAP user, access to an outlet next to the bed was almost impossible. Otherwise, a great find and would stay there again. Great owners.

The property itself is as described - single parking spot behind a gate, two beds, small fridge, coffee maker, TV. The interior was clean and decor was cute. There are pieces that I do not believe were included in the listing description. The neighborhood (South San Francisco St) is known to be a central area for the town's vagrant population, which was not known to me prior to this trip - there is a homeless shelter one building over and many people sitting on the sidewalks just outside the property. I was cat-called by one of the people waiting by the free medical care bus. (This is not a statement on having a vagrant population in Flagstaff, as it is known that there are such populations in most cities, but a statement on this property being listed as a "cottage" and directly next to a busy shelter). There are small homes behind this property - in walking this area, there is garbage on the sidewalks and a strong smell of urine. I had difficulty getting my truck in/out of the property due to small parking lot size, sharp 90degree corner to park, picnic tables for the attached Chinese restaurant, and the other parking spaces. The noise and smell from the Chinese restaurant made the front "porch" area unusable in my opinion. In summary, this is a good property if you're looking for a downtown home base without frequent in/out needs. I would not recommend bringing a dog to this location due to the difficulty in having local area to safely walk your dog. As I stated, the property itself was as described and the price was affordable. I personally chose to leave the property and stay with friends due to the neighborhood.

This was our first outing since the Pandemic started and we were starved to see people and be among people (SD) of course! This was a perfect location for us. Had the same amenities as a hotel, but a better location! Property owners quick to reply. Check it out next time you are in Flag and want to be steps away from eating and drinking!

Awesome stay in the heart of downtown flagstaff. Walking distance to everything! Was very pleased and would definitely stay here again.
