This newly built, dog-friendly Rockaway Beach vacation rental has it all! Your vacation will be spent in luxury with sweeping ocean views from both levels, a private hot tub on the deck, trendy and comfortable furnishings, and a location just steps from the beach. This high-end house has plenty of room for a group, and chefs will feel right at home with a full kitchen plus a second refrigerator and wet bar downstairs. What's nearby: Walk out the back door and you are directly next to the beach. Right across the highway is Lake Lytle, where you can try your luck catching a few fish. Take a two-minute drive or a leisurely walk into the heart of Rockaway Beach where you can window shop or grab a bite to eat at any of the restaurants in town. Garibaldi is a short drive to the south where you can go crabbing, or you might prefer to head north about 10 miles to Manzanita and take a stroll down Laneda Avenue for more shopping and dining choices. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen with dishwasher and professional-quality range Dogs are welcome for an additional nightly pet fee If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. This is a beautiful, spacious home located right on the beach with all the amenities you could want both inside and outside....including beach toys & outside shower/faucet.

Beautiful oceanfront views with clean windows 😉 and beach access, comfortable beds, 3 large tv’s which accommodated all the sport fans, pet friendly, kitchen well equipped and beautiful functioning hot tub with a view and fire put set up with surrounding chairs🥰

Our family of 11 (7 adults and 4 children) thoroughly enjoyed the roominess of the house, beach view and adventure some access to the beach.

This house met all the needs of our 10 family members ranging in age from 22 months to 67. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. We cooked all meals during our four night stay and found the kitchen to be well equipped. The gas grill needed cleaning, but everything else was in good shape.
The beach is gorgeous. The steps leading down are uneven chunks of stone. There is a slightly more level set of stone steps at the corner of 9th.
Two more things to be aware of: only 2 cars are allowed to park at the property. We had 4. The property manager told us to park at a lot in town, but the sign there says no overnight parking. We parked on the shoulder of 101 near the lake. Also, we brought 2 safety gates for our 22 month old grandson. The staircase is not set up well for gates, but we managed to rig something up.

The location is amazing with the beach just outside the back door! Make sure to use the trail that goes with the property though since every house has its own trail down to the beach. And the kitchen was extremely well stocked with all the equipment we needed to prepare meals for 12 people! The home was clean and very comfortable for all of us!

The house was absolutely the perfect place to get away to the coast for the week. The view was amazing, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was perfect and very well stocked for cooking our meals. We loved having beach access right in front of the house and the fire pit was wonderful on those chilly coastal nights. Even our neighbors were amazing. Everyone agreed that this was the best vacation in awhile!

Worked well for an extended family trip, separate living spaces was nice for young kids. Kitchen was large and great for entertaining. Hot tub and fire pit were nice amenities. Location can’t be beat.

No heat. Showed up and it was 45 degrees. Maintenance personnel said we should have received notice and provided option to re-book before we left our homes for this vacation. Vacasa is putting us off and not refunding this stay! It’s absurd.

The house itself is lovely! Location is fabulous and it's well appointed, has nice furnishings, and is relaxing and cozy. The unfortunate part of our stay was that upon arrival it wasn't as clean or as immaculate as one would expect for a house at this price point: dirty floors and lots of hair, untidy beds, stained sheets, dirty streaks on walls, etc. The ice machine was also broken, but after a few hours of chipping away and some hot water, we were able to fix it. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order as well, which was a huge bummer for us because it was one of the biggest reasons we booked Pacific Crest. Lastly, the afternoon of our second to last day, we came home to a major water leak stemming from the primary bathroom on the 2nd floor. Water was coming in through the light fixture, light switch and smoke detector at an alarming rate. We used pots and pans and tons of towels to try and save the bed/bedding and floors. A handyman was able to swing by very quickly after we called Vacasa, but the primary bathroom water had to remain shut off (rendering it useless) and the bedroom was completely uninhabitable as everything was soaking wet and it was a huge safety issue (the electrical panel was also located in that bedroom). So, had we not faced all these issues, I would definitely give the home a 5.

The location of the home is amazing and it was totally comfortable for 12 family members. The house was very clean, had wonderful linens and comfortable beds.

The good: The location was great, nice beach and not too crowded, walk to town. Newer home with lots of space, hot tub and BBW worked well. The not-so-good: We specifically chose this pet-friendly property for the air-conditioning, but it never worked in the bedrooms during our stay, and the living area a/c dripped water for 5 days straight. We had visits from 1 Vacasa maintenance person and 2 HVAC pro's during our stay, and none of them could fix the a/c. This home would benefit from better ongoing maintenance and care. For this reason, we won't rent this property again. FYI, Vacasa was responsive but since they're not the owners there was little they could do to help us.

This was our 2nd time staying. It is still wonderful view and fantastic location.

The house isn’t as new or fresh as last year. To be expected! But cost went up and quality dropped. Scotch tape was used as attempt to fix the stairs. That’s not even sufficient for a temporary solution.

So let's just start with saying, as a family, we have been using VRBO for our family vacations for over 10 years. We have stayed in many places and enjoy the time we get to spend together as a family. I can honestly say, this home ranks in the top 5 of all vacation homes we have stayed in!! Guys, you can't get any closer to the water without actually being in it! During high tide, the water basically comes right up to the front yard!! The house was IMMACULATE and well stocked with everything you need to cook with and be comfortable living in. We come to the Oregon coast every year, usually stay more on the southern coast, and had lots of plans to do things on this trip, but all of us couldn't wait to get back to the house to enjoy the ocean views, beach, and the feeling of being at "home" in this amazing house. My grandson and adult children loved strolling the beach hunting for sand dollars during low tide, and at night, cozying up to the fireplace and playing cards. The floor plan was great to allow family to spread out over the 2 floors and not feel crowded. This is one home we would not hesitate to return to in the future! Thank you for hosting us, we had a great time!

The location can't be beat, and the views are fabulous. Since the pictures were taken, they have added a great fire pit. Comfortable beds, cozy furniture, very clean and well stocked (even salt, pepper, foil, etc). The appliances are too fancy by half - it took several educated adults to figure out the stove. It would be great to have a little binder of instructions for the stove, microwave, fireplaces, and TVs.
For sure not a house for those who cannot handle stairs. Beach access is good, but rocky - so step carefully. But for the active group - this is a must stay!

The home was very clean and everything was what we expected. Its always nice when the home provides what is depicted in photos. There was a small issue with the mini-splits in the main living areas not turning on, so it was chilly at first. The fireplace made for a great temporary solution. I reached out to the property manager and they were very responsive, came out and fixed the issue and we had no issues the rest of our trip!

It is a bit difficult for people with mobility issues to get down to the beach but doable for most. Some problems kept it from being a 5 star home. Several of the stairs have broken pieces with poor temporary repairs. Many of the air conditioners did not respond to their remotes. Finally, there were a ton of ants in the house.

This house has incredible views and you can’t beat the location. The beds were comfortable and the showers were lovely. Only thing is that the tv in the upper living room was broken when we got there but not the biggest deal since we weren’t there to watch it. Also the rugs in the living rooms were still very wet from a recent cleaning. Overall great house but many appliances were broken or not functioning.

We spent several days at this lovely property with three couples. The view is breathtaking and the property couldn't be nicer. It's very well appointed with beautiful decor and upscale furnishings. The beds are all very comfortable and the kitchen and linens were very well-stocked. We plan on going back again next year!

What I didn’t like was ac units in bedrooms didn’t work even after the maintenance man left. The cover over the stove and the globes on the lights over counter were not clean.

4/5 air conditioners did not work. One poured water all over the main rooms floor for 5 days. Spent first day on phone and texting trying to get repaired. Property manager not responsive at all. Had to buy two fans. Coffee pot blew up coffee all over the first morning. Had to buy a new coffee pot. Dog pee all over the basement rug that smelled awful under a bed someone was sleeping. Place holds 12 people but they only provide 1 garbage can and can’t put garbage out otherwise. Very disappointing experience! DO NOT RENT!!!!!

Pacific Crest was an incredible week-long getaway for my entire family. Lots of fun on the beach. A few excursions. And great salmon and halibut on the grill. Fresh oysters, too. Five Stars!

The house is in a great spot and would be A+++ but the main stairs need work, the main heat pump had a drip pan and the view window were fogged up 3 of our 4 days we stayed there. Not a bad house but needs a few things to be a great house.

Loved everything about this house. One small thing, the stairs were breaking apart but we had painters tape that we were able to seal them with. They offered to come fix while we were there but we declined. Other than that it was amazing!

The house was spacious and clean! It has a beautiful view of the ocean and I love how they placed the recliners by the windows so that we could enjoy the view 24/7. There is also easy access to the beach and you can definitely keep an eye on your kiddos as they play in the sand. The kitchen is very spacious and it can definitely host up to 12 people without feeling cramped.
Vacasa communicates with the guests well to ensure that we have a comfortable stay. We look forward to staying here again!!
