Had everything we needed and location was good. Phyllis was right on any questions we had.

We couldn't have asked for a more hospitable short-term stay. Phyllis is so incredibly thoughtful and always easy to reach and quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had. Will definitely be recommending this space to all of our friends and family!

Husband and I stayed here three nights for a show at the Alamodome and seeing the area. Everything we needed.

Comfortable

Very well kept clean and convenient very comfortable bed

I loved the property, it was very cozy inside. An uber driver said that the area was considered “ghetto” but we didn’t run into any problems. All in all it was a good experience.

This property was comfortable and spick-n-span clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 day stay and my correspondence with property manager, Phyllis, was handled professionally and courteously. We will stay here again.

We liked our stay here. Once inside the unit we were pleasantly surprised and it was exactly as described, the unit itself was very clean and the bed comfortable. It was a small unto but very cozy and comfortable and Phyllis thought of all the little details and amenities. I only dinged this spot on two areas because the entry stairs are stained and a bit dirty looking, with a little clutter around. It was actually a bit concerning when we first arrived before we entered the apartment. Once inside though everything was fine. The location was perfect for us, we were visiting our son at Ft Sam so it was just 5 min from there. The surrounding Government District had cute coffee shops and other options and didn’t have the crowds of downtown. The other area I didn’t give five stars was location because the neighborhood is a bit untidy and looks like it could use some sprucing up, but we felt safe, parking was easy. I would stay here again and I’ve already shared the spot with other family that may want to go visit.

Let me start by saying when we drive up, I was a little nervous about the location/neighborhood! But once we got inside of the apartment it was very comfortable and one of the cleanest places I’ve ever seen. Phyllis was very responsive and helpful when the TV remote batteries died! Would we stay here again? Absolutely!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Phyllis' place. The building is super close to downtown San Antonio (<10 min. drive to downtown) and was a perfect spot for my partner and me for a weekend stay.

Phylis is aware of her customer's needs, and lives on property, which is excellent. My wife and I stayed two nights. We came to San Antonio to eat great Mexican food, ride the river boat and visit a mission or two.

We had a lovely stay in the house of Floor. She is a friendly host with good and fast communication. The house is nearby everything (supermarket, airport, Kralendijk city) and alle the nice dive and surfspots. The house has a great garden, pool and outsite kitchen to relax and chill. Would definitly recommend and we will be back for sure!

Was a nice place to stay for the price

We stayed here for two nights while in town visiting family. The space was clean, easy to find, and check-in was simple. The bed was SUPER comfortable, and the space was overall very clean and neat. The kitchen was a bit small and awkward to cook in, but not anymore so than a more pricey hotel with a kitchenette would have been. Location was great, super close to the highway to be able to get up and go wherever we needed for the day.

The apt is very pleasant and well-furnished, and located very close to downtown and the Pearl. Parking is easy. Good communication with host and a great stay at a great price.

This place was small yet cozy. Centered in the middle of many attractions located around San Antonio. Our Uber rides averaged about $11.00 in many directions. Will definitely return. Thank you

Nice little place that is close to all the popular San Antonio activities! Perfect for a little getaway. Good AC, clean, and a friendly owner. Definitely recommend!

Chose the location because of proximity to the hospital I would be working at. Also very close to the pearl. Apartment was very clean. Parking was always available. All questions/requests were addressed immediately without issue.

This was s a great stop for my quick trip to SA. Phyllis is a wonderful host. It is small and modest, but clean and convenient location for my downtown SA activities.

We had a good time there once we got everything up the stairs. It.would have been nice to know that it was up a flight of stairs. We are 80 years old and the stairs were a challenge for us. We had a cooler and suitcases and other things that we thought we might need. Moving in and out was a chore I would not like to repeat.

This place is better than a hotel room. Very clean and cozy, tastefully decorated too. Nice quite neighborhood. Bathroom a little tight for me, (265lbs and 6'2" ) but manageable, not a deal breaker. The wife an I both loved the place and will stay there again when we come visit our grand daughter.

Best of all the unit is literally 1.5 miles from Fort Sam Houston which was perfect since we were there to see our son graduate. All in all, highly recommend.

It’s an older property but clean and comfortable. It has an eating area plus a small living room, which was nice.

It was smaller than I expected. I had some misgivings about the safety of our vehicles because parking was right off a main road with no other vehicles around. The owner allowed us to park in the back and we had no problems. If you are just using this as a home base, this place is perfect. If you are planning on spending your days inside, the space is too small for more than one person. But we had a great time.

The house is near the highway so you would think you would hear traffic. But the apartment is in the rear of the building and you don't here the traffic at all.
