About this bed and breakfast
Located in Mississippi, this attractive bed and breakfast for $261 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This is a newly renovated home to be used as our guest house for family and friends. This home is in the Westmoreland Heights subdivision in Batesville, just 2 blocks off Highway 6. The house is adjacent to our family home and sits atop a hill overlooking the 16th and 18th fairways of the Panola Country Club golf course. It features an open floor plan with a modern central kitchen with all new upscale appliances. We also have a basketball court for a little outdoor activity. For SEC sports fans, we provide the "calm before the storm" being 25 minutes from Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, The Pavilion and Swayze Field. For peaceful and mindful visits, our guests are 5 minutes from Magnolia Grove Monastery. Plenty of food and shopping available in Batesville and 25 minutes from the Oxford Square. For hunting and fishing enthusiasts, we are 5 minutes from Sardis Lake and 10 from Enid Lake and surrounded by some of the best hunting land in Mississippi. If you are gambler, we are 45 minutes from the Tunica casinos, with new Sportsbook available. We do require 72 hours in between bookings.

Huge property with plenty of room and very clean. Extremely well taken care of. Owners went above and beyond my expectations with the amenities. The house is very well stocked. There were games, movies, sport equipment. This is the best property I have ever stayed at. Look no further this is the one. I am already planning my next stay.

Stayed for Softball Tournament
This house was perfect for our family to get out of the heat at a nearby softball tournament for our daughter. It comfortably held 7 of us. My dad enjoyed the back deck, kids enjoyed basketball and having room to run around, my wife and I enjoyed walking the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Rosemary!

Great Getaway
We came down to visit my daughter at Ole Miss and stayed at this Beautiful house for the second time. This house has everything you need and the views on the back porch are amazing. We loved our time there and the owner Rosemary is always available if you need anything. Home is only about a 23 minute drive to Ole Miss. We will definitely book it on our next trip to Oxford ! ❤️

Family time to exhale....
What a wonderful property... full of both new and antique treasures, with a layout that was perfect for my family get together. My parent drove from FL while we drove down from MN. It was great that there were two separated space of rooms so that my parents had a quite "suite". The kitchen was up to date and fantastic, with two sitting areas for conversation. The bedding was fantastic and the house incredibly clean. I wanted to find a cute antique shop to hopefully find some of the cute pieces like the house had. The owners were lovely and communicated so well. My son was able to play basketball daily, while we went for walks, and enjoyed the deck, outside sitting and hammock. I love how the owners truly thought of everything and it was like we were in a home away from home, all the way down to fresh muffins and fruit bowl. Thank you Rosemary & Tom for opening your guest-home to us, where memories will be cherished for years to come!

Perfect Family Getaway
We booked Parsley Sage for our family's Thanksgiving celebration. It was the perfect place for our family! We were so relieved to find that every detail had been taken care of. Great Home Away from Home!
Such a wonderful house and great experience. We went to the Ole Miss football game and wanted a place near Oxford. This was perfect! Beautiful home, great location and simply amazing atmosphere. Highly recommend anyone checking it out if they are in the Batesville or Oxford areas.

Beautiful Property
We stayed in Parsley Sage Cottage while in Batesville for my brother's wedding. The rehearsal dinner was small (around 35 people) and Parsley Sage was a perfect spot for it. We had space to set up tables outside, and Rosemary was kind enough to lend us some tables and linens that she had. It was a beautiful setting for the event. The house was more than comfortable for the rest of the weekend as well. It had everything that we could possibly need, and was as beautiful as the pictures. It was a perfect place for our family to relax during the wedding weekend. Thank you for the wonderful stay Rosemary!

This house is beautiful. Perfectly set up to entertain family or to relax and enjoy nature. We rented here to host a graduation party. The house was perfect and Rosemary was incredibly accommodating. Definitely a home away from home experience.

Beautiful setting with area to explore and stretch your legs!!
We had a excellent stay here.. Rosemary and Tom were so gracious and kinda.. They gave us a golf cart to let the kids explore the golf course and if we could have stayed longer we could have enjoyed the fire pit too!
The house was so nice and clean, decorated so beautifully!! Beds were so comfy and gave everyone a place to go if they wanted to get away.. the little extras like fruit, muffins, coffee were greatly appreciated! Our family of 8 enjoyed our stay!! Thank you!!

Absolutely Incredible Property!
We booked this property for a weekend trip to watch the Gamecocks take on Ole Miss in football. We were very impressed from the time we pulled into the driveway to the time we headed back home. Mrs. Rosemary went above and beyond our expectations with everything from information about Ole Miss to good places to eat. Without a doubt she made our trip much better with that information! We can't thank Mrs. Rosemary enough for the great Southern hospitality! The house is absolutely gorgeous and the layout worked perfect for the 7 guests in our party. The muffins were a big hit with everyone, so delicious!! We will for sure book this property again next time we visit town and recommend it to anyone!!

Wonderful weekend getaway!
Perfectly appointed home off the beaten path of Ole Miss. Easy to get to and my student enjoyed the getaway with very comfortable beds!! The golf cart was a super fun way to check out the golf course in as well :) Owner was incredibly helpful with pointing the way to restaurants, etc.
