Property was as advertised, full kitchen with pots/pans and dishes. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms as well as a hot-tub that came in handy after some lovely hikes in the vicinity. The property is near the middle of the village allowing you to walk to the various restaurants and enjoy an adult beverage if so inclined without worry. Would definitely suggest this location if you are looking for a quiet spot near Sedona!! Will definitely be returning in the future.

This was one of the nicest stays we’ve ever had. Beautiful property, amazing location. Just like being at home. Very well furnished. Great location near some of the best sights. Hated to leave. Thanks for all that was done to make this a great stay!!

Condo was super clean. Beds were very comfortable. We used the hot tub one evening. Very fun and relaxing. Location is amazing. Close to everything, even walking distance to restaurants and grocery. Host was very responsive. Thank you. We will be staying here again!

Well located close to some restaurants and a market. Quieter than expected considering it is right by a main road to Sedona. Comfortable overall- one bed maybe needs updating, great kitchen.

Was a great place, minor inconvenience. Not enough coffee cups . Drain in bathroom shower not draining right and a very slippery floor. Yet we really enjoyed the place!

This property was perfect. Very roomy and it came with everything we could need. We loved the location. Easy drive to Sedona and all of the places wanted to visit. The 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths plus a full kitchen made our stay so enjoyable. Our host was easy to reach and we are sorry to leave. We hope to return sometime! You can’t go wrong staying here!!

We loved everything about this VBRO. It had everything that you could possibly need for a great vacation. My husband and I had a "sleep divorce" while we there. I have to say the beds were some of the most comfortable that we have ever slept in.The recliners were great! All patios were great too. I will tell yall something that we did during our stay...We moved the coffee pot upstairs to a little table because we wanted coffee on the upstairs balcony with a view of Bell Rock.

We stayed here for three nights while visiting Sedona. The condo is well maintained, clean, and felt larger than the photos. The owner communicated well and even gave us a heads up about road construction. The condo is close to everything, but it was nice to be a little out of the way of the congestion of 89A. The owner sent all the info we needed for our stay and even let us know about a road closure to avoid. We would definitely stay here again when traveling to Sedona.

My daughter and I stayed at Bell Rock Vista for a week and had a wonderful time! It was our home away from home as we went hiking and exploring Sedona every day. Bell Rock was within walking distance and we hiked there a couple of times. The views of the red rocks were stunning! We each had our own bedroom and bath, as well as our own balconies. We could watch the sunrise from mine and the sunset from hers. There was a great patio where we drank our morning coffee and listened to the birds singing. We had a big barbecue grill and an awesome hot tub! The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was even a washer/dryer! What a fantastic and relaxing vacation we had at Bell Rock Vista. We will definitely stay there again!

Spacious home. A little dated, but was clean & had everything we needed. Good location with lots of restaurants and hiking trails nearby. About 10-15 minute easy drive to downtown Sedona. We didn’t cook at all, so can speak to kitchen items, but appeared to have what would be needed for cooking.

We spent a week here. The location was perfect for local hiking and visiting attractions in all directions. The local grocery store rivals Wegmans (IYKYK)! We enjoyed dinners in and amazing dinners out as well. Overall it met our needs.

Our stay at this property was great! Well maintained, clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The owner was great to work with and we had no issues from start to finish. You can tell the owner takes great care of the property, to ensure guests have a nice stay. We traveled with our two teens (15 and 17) and they also loved the place. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Sedona. First family trip to AZ and won't be our last!

We had an excellent experience! The property is very nicely furnished, it was very, very clean and comfortable. Richard is extremely receptive and easy to work with. The day we checked in, the VRBO app went down and the only way I was able to get the code for the door was by directly emailing Richard. Because he was so responsive, we had no problem checking in. The kitchen has more than enough cutlery, dishes and glasses. Lots of extras. The location in Oak Creek, just outside of Sedona, is a great place to stay. It is much less crowded than Sedona and much easier to get around. I will absolutely stay here the next time I visit Sedona.

This was an awesome location, so close to so much and the layout was awesome. The kitchen was huge and well stocked. The hot tub was magnificent (I saw 2 shootings stars while in it! 🤩). The communication was spot on and it was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great except for the pullout sofa. I think if people are planning on using it they should get a discount for the inconvenience of having to reach out to Alex to get help to put back or at least have that listed .other than that there was no complaints.

We walked into a large open concept living and kitchen space, clean throughout! The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee, condiments, equipment and utensils for every need. Both bedrooms upstairs had walk-in closets and ensuites. The only minor inconvenience was a smoke alarm battery that died during the night setting off its warning beeps which had our son up to disengage it. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was located in a great area, close to shopping and dining. It was also close to walking trails and the excursions that we booked. The furthest we had to drive for an excursion was 20 minutes. The condo had everything that we needed including a fully stocked kitchen. We absolutely loved the hot tub and gazing at the stars at night. We highly recommend staying here.

The property was just what we needed. Very affordable as opposed to staying in downtown sedona. 15 mins south of downtown and easily accessible. Right off the main road but behind parking lot so no issues with noice only little in morning. Very big and spacious. Showers were nice and hot. Hot tub was a very nice add of after coming home from hiking.

As someone who VERY frequently books with VRBOs and stays in vacation homes almost where ever I go, to the point that I literally have a "Go" bag of soap/towels/detergent/tp/ dryer sheets/dish cloths and towels/spices/coffee supplies, etc....leave it home! This house has it all! We were pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness, cleanliness and location to all the cool stuff to do. Aside from Sedona being a great little town with MANY hiking trails and things to see, this place was perfectly located to do anything. We flew into and stayed in Phoenix for a few days for my husband to do the ironman race. Then booked here to see the other cool stuff. From here 2 hrs to Grand Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon... Highly recommended. 2 hrs back to Phoenix to fly home. A great spot to call home for your stay! The owners were very accessible and helpful. We would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone as well as stay again!
