The room was amazing and had a beautiful view of blackcomb mountain out the window! Would definitely rent this room again!

Convenient location, close to everything in the village including shuttle to skiing. Clean accommodations and had everything we needed for the stay. Only complaint was the room was not ready at checkin time and we had to wait about 30 minutes after the published “guaranteed” checkin time. Would stay again!

About positive: - Property has a great view of the mountains and centrally located - It is spacious enough that 5 people can sleep comfortably - Beds are comfortable - It has access to the outdoor hot tub and free underground parking About negative: - Very cumbersome entry procedure that require you to enter multiple digit (10) code with some # in between. The problem started at the very beginning when I was trying to enter the code to open the garage. Only after the third try I was successful. And this was the only time I was able to enter the building myself. I tried on many occasion and even called the property management to allow me to enter however, they send a person that said the everything works fine and refused to help me further. Luckily, my daughter (only one of us) was able to punch in the code successfully so we kind of managed to enter or asked her to come to the entrance and open it for us. - Property management personal is ignorant and not helpful - Check in procedure is very complicated and terribly written - The condo has bear minimum and not enough mugs or glasses for 4 people. In fact, there are not even shot glasses and some of the glasses are cracked. The same applies to cutlery and pots. Not enough pillows and linen. Overall, for the amount of price we payed it is definitely poorly managed and overpriced. Previously, I stayed in other properties in Whistler and this one stands out as the worst of them all.

Location was excellent. Short walk to the lifts and shopping/ entertainment. The view of the mountain from our condo was breathtaking. Outdoor hot tub on the third floor was quiet and clean. If we had any grievance it would be with someone from the “ “whistler housing authority” parking in our parking spot. We would love to stay again.

All was fine. Could use a bit more utensils/forks, plates, dishwasher detergent. All else was good. I would stay here again.

Easy to resolve by storing skis at the base of whistler. All else was great.
