Situated in Kentucky, this attractive bed and breakfast for $104 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This is a very large open floor plan, one bedroom, one bath, private home. It is situated on 10 peaceful acres, in the current most desirable area of Bowling Green! Although it is just 1 bedroom, it is a huge bedroom in a huge apartment! Up to 8 guests can stay comfortably. We have plenty of extra bedding available. We are family-friendly, with lots to do! Ping pong, pool, and foosball tables for fun, and a whole cabinet of board games. Two queen beds, and additional cots, air mattress, and bedding available. Workout station with treadmill, upper-body equipment, dumbbells, yoga mat, and balance ball. A TV in the living room and bedroom. A fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. The apartment sits above my wife's clothing shop, but is very peaceful and private. Her shop is open 3 days per week for 3 hours per day. We are in a rural setting, only 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Within minutes to many other attractions (Mammoth Cave National Park, Nashville, TN, Lost River Cave, National Corvette Museum, Beech Bend Park, Western KY University, and Historic Downtown Bowling Green) WELCOME!

This was a very cozy and comfortable place to stay with room to relax and play. The host was easy to communicate with and made check in/check out info clear. The pool table and games were a nice added touch to pass the free time. I would stay here again when In the area.

This place was so fun! It was quiet and very private but easy to find. I liked having two queen beds in the same room. I was able to practice my instrument there without disturbing someone else. My boys (9 and 12) love playing the games that were there. The beds were very far off the ground and the unit is up a very steep open stairway so it’s not ideal for small children but still doable with a pull out cot and the large sofa as sleeping options. We would definitely stay again, it was perfect for a family with multiple kids ages 8+

We stayed here for two nights for my daughter's orientation day at Western Kentucky University. Beautiful landscape but only 15 minutes from campus. Will definitely try to stay here again when visiting my daughter this coming school year.

Great place to stay with lots of room, there is a small pool table and fooseball table that were great amenities to pass the time. The location is beautiful and anything you need is only 10-15 minutes away. Lots of great family things to do around the area. We stayed for almost 2 weeks, checking out the area. The kitchen has the basic amenities, but you will need to bring your own coffee. The only downside to the place is the TV's are a bit dated, with no ability to access "smart features" such as Netfix or Hulu, but there is access to the local stations. All in all, a cozy and fun place to stay, would do so again if in thie area.

We got in late and the outside lights were on for us. It was very easy to find the stairs on the side to the upstairs apartment. Shampoo and body wash were provided and the beds were comfortable! We will definitely stay again on our way through and would highly recommend as it is a short drive to many local attractions.

We were playing in a basketball tournament and the apartment was perfectly located. No rushing in the early morning, literally 5 minutes from the complex. The boys loved the pool table.

Really enjoyed having the pool table and foosball. Very dark and quiet neighborhood. The stairs were an issue for one of our party....lots of them and they are wooden so a little uneven. It is a great space for gathering

The property was a perfect fit for what we needed for the night. It was spacious and welcoming. The beds were excellent. The living area was arranged for maximum use allowing everyone to settle in and relax. The pool table and Foosball table were a nice added touch for our grandson who was traveling with us.

The host was quick to respond and communication was on point up until our arrival. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt very safe there. The apartment was very clean and our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out. Our teens really enjoyed the Foosball and pool table. It had a nice kitchen area with a small dining area and plenty of dishes.

We were looking for a place to stay with enough room indoors and outside to visit with our family who lives in the area. It was perfect for what we needed. Clean, plenty of space to play inside and outside, and the property manager was great. The area was super quiet too which is what we were looking for as we live in the city up north.

Better than staying at a hotel for my son's basketball tournament. Nice quiet place 5 minutes from the games. We were able to come and go to rest between games and make our own food. Rental is upstairs and the outdoor stairs and handrail leading up were a little icy a couple of mornings. Kitchen was sufficient. Getting out of the tub was a large step down. No mattress pads on the beds and the bottom sheets kept coming off on the corners. Had to rewash many utensils/dishes before I could use them. Overall it was very clean besides that. Easy check in and check out. Easy to communicate with owner. Would stay again for this type of trip.

Excellent property, quite nice location & close to everything in Bowling Green.Owner very prompt sent all check in info before our stay. Apartment had all we needed, very clean space. My son also really enjoyed the game tables available, not all full size but still we had a lot of fun! Will stay again if we are in the area and its available!!
