Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We especially loved the hot tub & plethora of games. We knew that this condo was on the third floor & would be a bit tricky for our 5 year old who is in a wheelchair; however, we managed just fine. It even had a pillow mattress that could be laid on the floor creating a safe sleeping environment for that particular child. The only downside was the train, which probably wouldn't have been much of an issue if it wasn't so warm (we had to open the windows). Overall, two thumbs up!

Condo was great!! It was clean, organized, and had plenty of room. I would recommend bringing towels for the hot tub.

Nice and spacious with beautiful finishes; however, needs some attention to details. Master TV cable needs to be repaired - the wires are loose and we were having to constantly fix. The hot tub water is filthy. The front door combo lock is a little cumbersome. Overall nice but should be in perfect condition for holiday prices.

Cozy condo, perfect for winter getaway
We had a great time during our stay. The condo was spacious but still felt cozy and warm as it snowed outside. The huge kitchen was great for cooking family dinner and the hot tub was great after a chilly day on the slopes. The location was really nice and breweries/restaurants were only a few minutes away. Would definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Winter Park!

We stayed the beginning of February this year with some friends and it was fantastic for our trip. I am booking it again for next year. We love the condo and the location so much we can’t wait!

I never received the code to he door until about ten hours before check in, which made me nervous because we were driving so far to get there. Then when we arrived the code didn’t work! I was told I was at the wrong house so I drove around a little more just to find out I was at the right house! Then I was given another code that didn’t work! FINALLY I was given a key to open the door! It was very stressful after a very stressful day! The house was great! We had no problems after that initial problem! My advice make sure before you get there the code and door are in perfect working order! Make them double check it!

Great Place
The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the hot tub and the sledding hill behind the property. Close to Winter Park and Fraser activities. Owners were responsive. Would definitely visit this property again. Thank you for the great break!

Amazing weekend getaway
This place was just absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway. Clean, spacious, and quiet, we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and the cool breeze in through all the open windows. I would highly recommend and we'll be booking this property again soon!

Beautiful Top Floor Fraser Condo
We loved our stay in Fraser! It’s just down the road from Winter Park Village, but within the Bus Route if you need that. We love the quiet of being away from the ski-in/out busyness. Beautiful home, plenty of space and well equipped kitchen. This Florida family of 4 had a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay!
The view of the mountains was amazing, the only shortcoming on this property is the sunrise was partially blocked by the neighboring building, other than that it was an excellent place to stay!

Mountains in the Summertime!
This property is a perfect place to get away into the mountains! The condo itself is absolutely beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for. Be aware it is on the 3rd floor so if you are adverse to steps, just be aware. However, from up there we loved watching the stars come out at night from the outdoor hot tub.
The only reason we give it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the very close railroad tracks and noisy trains during sleeping hours.
We would definitely come back!

One of the best VRBO places we’ve ever stayed in. The host are very accommodating and responsive to any needs. Location is perfect. If we come back this is where we would stay.

Upscale Frasier Condo
Our stay at this condo was great! We split our skiing days between Winter Park and Granby Ranch. This location kept us close to both. This finishes in this place are high end - gas range, gas fireplace, granite counter tops, beautiful floors and bathrooms, etc. The private hot tub on the deck and the in unit washer and dryer were also nice bonuses. We got more than 20 inches of snow during our 3 day stay! I was amazed that the local crews kept us driving in and out of the condo. We were in a 2 wheel drive minivan and had no issue at all.
Tip - We rented our skis less than a 1/2 mile down the hill at Ski Broker. Easy pick up and drop off right by the condo. No lines, and half the price of the mountain rentals.

Best Vacation Place
My family and I (total of 6) were here from Jan 4 - 8th 2019. We loved the condo. The location was great, close to everything. The free lyft bus stop and the end of the drive was great. We were close to Winterpark and to Grand Lakes for many of our activities. Also the tubing area was right next door. The condo accommodated us all very nicely. Being on the 3rd floor gave us a great view of everything. Having our own private hot tub on the deck was a major plus! Josh and Nicole were very informative and we loved the restaurant recommendations.
We will definitely rent this condo next year for our family Ski Trip!

Wonderful home in a wonderful area!
The condo was perfect, just what we were looking for. Everything was thought of including a Christmas tree! Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend Christmas with our kids.

Beautiful condo with everything you need!
We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything about the condo was great. Plenty of room to sleep, eat, and enjoy company. We had 8 people here (5 adults, 3 teenagers) and had plenty of room. We only cooked breakfast but there are plenty of kitchenwares to cook a full dinner. The spa on the balcony is amazing. The view from the living room is great! The heated floors were unique (to us Texans) but heed what they say about it taking a long time to cool off. The weather was unseasonably warm while we were there and had to set the thermostat to 68º and eventually had to open windows a bit because it was warm. The only downside is there is a train nearby that comes through at 5 am...but you could only hear it when the windows were open. It's minutes from Fraser and the tubing hill, 5 minutes to any restaurant in WP (Hernando's is the most consistent and fun), and 10 min to the ski resort. We will definitely be back to this condo!
