This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it won’t be the last. Such beautiful views from several windows which now includes a great view of the sphere from the back bedroom window. Easy to work with Barry. Anything wrong will be fixed quickly.

Condo was very clean, location was great, we had four shows at four different locations and all were easy to get to due to the ease of the monorail access at the MGM. It was a comfortable, quiet place to take breaks from all of the Vegas activity

My best friend and I came to Las Vegas for the U2 concert. We wanted a place not right in the center of a casino, the MGM Signature was wonderful! We were in Tower 1 and had a great view of the Sphere, which was lots of fun. The Balcony was also a wonderful addition. The condo was large, clean, and well appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials. The pool was perfect and fully in sunshine by noon, they provide towels at the pool so don't waste room in your suitcase. We got monorail passes so we could move between the hotels with relative ease. We loved this location, the specific Condo, 620, and will absolutely return.

Great overall stay! Easy check in & out. Free valet parking was a bonus. Very clean & comfortable condo. Lots of space & the kitchen was a perk- saved $ by cooking some. Off the strip a couple blocks, but not a terrible view. I really enjoyed watching the new sphere change its pictures- could see about 75% of it from the bedroom window. The lazy river was pretty long & fun! That & several pools were all included in our stay. Barry responded pretty quickly to any questions that we had! The 3 towers were connected by walkways so that was super convenient! We would totally stay here again next time we are in Vegas!

I’ve stayed in 3 different condo’s here. My experience with Barry wasn’t far the best. We had zero issues with anything! That’s the way vaca should be. He allowed us an early check in since unit was vacant that day. Check in took 5 min. He didn’t try to sugar coat the view (it lacks strip view, but we don’t care!). We enjoyed view of the pool complex so we knew when to get down to get a lounger. Tower 1 is amazing. I’ve stayed tower 3, it’s location is inconvenient in comparison to Barry’s tower. Even the Uber pickup is close. We had plenty of bath towels to get 3 of us through 3 nights. I do agree with one tiny detail left in a prior review, could use an extra kitchen towel please. C u next year Barry’s condo!!

Room was very modern with everything you you would need. A fairly quick walk will get you to the MGM Grand Casino without leaving the MGM precinct. The room has a great view of the lazy river that can be used by people staying at the Signature.

I enjoyed our stay at the signature. I hardly heard any noise in the hall during our entire stay. The AC works extremely well. We enjoyed the lazy river. I liked how close the monorail was to the signature. I would stay here again.

I can’t say enough great things about Barry and his VRBO. He had exceptional communication and was very helpful and the VRBO was amazing. This place should be 5+ stars all day. Barry is one of the best hosts we have encountered.

Place is nice, clean, and updated. 2 fulls baths could accommodate 2 couples with the use of the sofa bed, but it was just the 2 of us. Close to Top Golf and Wet Republic pool, if that's your vibe. Also has its own pool for the tower. Not too far walk from MGM casino. Valet staff extremely helpful. Would stay again.

This condo was awesome!! Comfy beds (including the pull out sofa bed), soft sheets, jacuzzi bathtub, and extremely close to everything including MGM lazy River and pool, and of course the Spa!! The accommodations couldn’t have been any better!! My friend and I loved our stay!! Easy to catch Ubers, and the staff was really friendly!! So much better than checking into a hotel!! Loved this and YES, we will do this again next time!! :)

The place is bright, open and clean. The bed is very confortable! The location is also good with easy access to the monorail. Barry was a great manager. If anything I would suggest bringing a kitchen towel and a coloured face cloth as the white towels can be a bit fuzzy.

Stay was pleasant overall, but there were a couple of hiccups. Overall the unit was clean & stocked with the essentials except the light on the make-up mirror didn't work and it had a missing screw on the base. Also when draining the tub after use, water backed up into the shower and starting running on the floor from inside the locked closet next to the tub.

The rental unit itself was excellent. Clean, spacious, plenty of room, great look, modern, updated, etc. Being a part of the MGM also has its perks with the casino, food, pool, etc. The one thing we wished we had known about was that the outdoor daytime night club Wet Republic plays house music from 11-5 every day which the MGM also plays that music at the lazy river and pools. This is great if you are at MGM to party all day, but not great if you are looking to relax with your family. It was loud even in the room with the windows shut and even louder at the pool. Just something to consider when deciding if this location is best for your stay. Otherwise, it was a great suite.
