We were searching for a place big enough for 12, where our Ohio and NC families could meet for a long weekend. It was my husband and I, my 3 adult children and 2 spouses, and 5 grandchildren ages: 11,9,7,4 and 11 months. This home had plenty of room and was so beautiful. We enjoyed so many things: the outdoor fireplace, hot tub, foozball table, not to mention the beautiful view. It was a very short drive to the trail to Rainbow Falls. (This is a pretty strenuous hike!) Ron, the owner, called to check all was OK when we arrived and responded to texts when we had a question . The house was very well stocked with anything you might need. Thank you, Ron

A delight 4 night stay wih our family to celebrate our 50th anniversary. A perfect house and location for our purposes.

The house worked really well for our family. It rained on us most of our stay. The covered deck and foosball table were really helpful in entertaining grandkids. Plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor fireplace was lovely and the kids enjoyed s’mores. The house is well equipped for basic kitchen needs.

Ron was A+ host and made us feel right at home for a great weekend. He was always available, house was very clean, and great home for larger families and weekend getaways.

We spent 7 days with 2 families in the house and we loved the space. With 3 levels, 2 living spaces, a huge deck and 4 bathrooms we were never in each others way. We have rented houses many times before and have never seen a kitchen so fully stocked, so many towels and the extensive outdoor seating options with cushions. Highly recommend this house for a larger group looking for a house with a view and hot tub!

This is a beautiful, well equipped mountain home with a great view of Toxaway Falls. Very responsive owner. The house has some close by neighbors, thus some typical “neighborhood” noise. However, most of that was drowned out by the sound of the falls.

Our family stayed at this VRBO while attending a family wedding at Lake Toxaway. The home is large, beautiful, and the setting is gorgeous. It's a short drive (~10min) to the Greystone Lodge. We have stayed at many rental homes over the last decade or so and this is probably the best equipped one we have come across, it has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, laundry, and for outdoor living on the deck! Our host was very attentive and responsive. I highly recommend this property!

We used this home as a home base of sorts for our wedding party, just our kids and grandkids and it was perfect! Spacious enough for everyone to get ready and the groom never saw the bride! You’re missing out on an amazing property if you go elsewhere! We will be back!

We traveled with another family (4 adults, 7 children) and had an amazing experience. The owner communicates very well and provides detailed instructions for the home. The house is very well equipped and in a perfect location! We got stuck for an extra day because of a huge snowstorm and the owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating!

Great spacious house for our group of 5 couples. Suitable for gathering together and plenty of areas for personal time away from others. Perfect house for a Christmas vacation. Wonderfully decorated for Christmas with Christmas dishes too. Well equipped kitchen for family cooking. Amazing view from spacious porches and comfortable yard. There are neighbors but It is very private. Hot tub worked perfect . The outdoor fireplace was closer to the house than it appears in the pictures which even better and convenient to the house and hot tub. Plenty of wood to burn. None of the spaces in the house felt like wasted space. Each area had its purpose and very comfortable. Ron was friendly and very helpful. We spent an entire week and enjoyed every minute in the house. Convenient to Cashiers and Brevard. Not a bad drive to Asheville. The Pisgah forest is beautiful. There is a fun and amazing restaurant less than 10 minutes from the house called Grand Olde Station in Lake Toxaway. It was perfect for what we needed. Thank you Ron!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! It was beautiful! Decorations for Christmas were very beautiful and made our stay much more festive! The cabin has everything you need and more! The view was amazing. Ron was very responsive to any issues or questions! Overall we were very happy! Thank you so much!

This home is beautiful and private with a great view of Toxaway Falls. The house is well-loved—clean, tasteful, well stocked and comfortable with all the amenities. Ron was a helpful, accommodating host. Our ages ranged from 12 yrs to 70 years & we all loved it! We never left the property during our stay as it was so perfect. Thanks!

Great home, beautiful views, well equipped, close to some great hiking. 5 stars would absolutely recommend. We had a big group (8 adults & 3 kids) and everyone had space and privacy. Advice to renters - review the home arrival instructions thoroughly to make sure you get the house set up - for example, turning on water heater and water pump.

Wow!!! We couldn’t stop saying that every time we looked at the waterfall/Mountain View’s from pretty much anywhere in the house. The kids/teens enjoyed the board games and foosball table and the hot tub was absolutely perfect for the chilly fall nights. This place had some of the best views I've ever seen and was just overall peaceful and nice!

We had a great time at the Fallsview cabin with our family and another family. Between the two families we had an eight-year-old, four year-old, two year-old and infant all of who played well, slept well and enjoyed the space. The adults enjoyed the view and the hot tub as well as the fully stocked kitchen - which when using a VRBO is crucial! Our only call-outs would be.. - the towels all smelt a bit like cigarette smoke - there were quite a few bugs in the home up in the rafters area - the kitchen knives had gone a bit dull All in all things that may go unnoticed with regular maintenance but once you “live” there you see it!

The outside fireplace and the large supply of wood kept us enjoying the beautiful backyard until time for bed....All the chairs and tables gave us lots of choices. The hot tub was clean and very large....practically a swimming pool. Watching the Saturday afternoon games in the spacious downstairs gave us lots of room for the 10 of us to all watch and cheer. The kids have already said we're coming back....and we are!

This property had everything that we wanted. Nice accommodations, a gorgeous view, a fabulous outdoor fireplace, 2 indoor fireplaces, a jacuzzi and a well equipped kitchen. We had an amazing time and will rent this property again next year.
