There is also a bedroom with a king size bed and full bath across the hall. The second floor has 2 bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and the other with a full and a twin size bed, there is an open loft with a full size sleep sofa another full bath rounds out the second floor. The deck is 40 x 10 and has sun for a good portion of the day as well as a Weber grill. Off of the dining area is a screened porch for bug free enjoyment of the fresh NH air. The basement is finished with a 55" TV and a video game containing 40 games from the 80's. It is a great place for the kids to hang out and leave the adults alone. The 2500' private community beach is a short 10 minute walk down the sledding hill but plan on 15 minutes to walk back up the hill. Summer rentals have a 7 night minimum and go Friday-Friday it includes a parking pass for the private Suissevale beach. ****For summer 2024 the beach is not available to renters on Saturdays, so please plan your activities accordingly.*************** ****Guests are responsible for their own bed linens and towels.***** * Paper goods ie. toilet paper, paper towels and napkins etc. are in the house but should be replenished as they are used.
