You will not be dissapointed by the accommodation or the location! You are within walking distance of everything New Orleans has to offer! You are even within walking distance of The Mercedes Benz Super Dome, The Smoothie King Center, and the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. My wife and i took my 70 yr old mother here as part of her bucketlist. The condo was beautiful and close to everything in the french quarters. We were able to get everywhere by foot and take breaks mid day when the weather wasnt agreeing with us. The host was great and easy to communicate with. Overall everything was as expected or better. The only downfall of the entire trip was how loud the city was in the middle of the night/early morning. Loud music and the street sweepers would wake us up anywhere between 3-5am each day. However this is the trade off you get for such a great location and not a result of the condo. 10/10 would stay again.
P.s. make sure you read the host tips after booking. Lots of great stops included.

Brittanie's place was absolutely perfect for a long weekend trip to New Orleans. The bed was insanely comfortable and a perfect reprieve from the day's events. The location is outstanding - a short walk or Uber to any location in which we were interested.
We absolutely loved staying here and would highly recommend it!

Location was perfect and within walking distance to everything. A lot of reviews commented on the noise outside the one bedroom; however, we did not think it was a problem. Great trip.

The condo was just as described and maybe a little bit better! It was such a convenient walking distance to Jackson Square, Bourbon St, French Market, CBD and all the restaurants you could want! There were 3 of us (old friends for 50+ years!) and it was perfect! Brittanie was very responsive whenever I had a question and even pro actively checked in with me. The only negative is that the "alley" behind the condo has alot of traffic noise very early in the morning (starting at about 3:00 AM) : the street cleaners (at least that's who I think it was), the garbage trucks, the delivery trucks... (as it is an "alley", it wasn't really cars) Not the condo's fault, but if you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs... or sleep in the 2nd bedroom vs. the larger master bedroom..

This was our third time to New Orleans. We have stayed in different places but this was our favorite. The place was very clean and the beds were great. Big white towels and not that we watched much but huge tv’s in each room. But the location was perfect to walk to all events or just touring around. Brittanie was so responsive and lovely to work with.

This stylish apartment has plenty of room and light for a comfortable stay. It's super close to the French Quarter and to transportation to the Garden District. You can easily walk everywhere though. The only negative is loud cars (music, motor, shouting, etc coming from the cars), but the apartment can't help that.

Great space. Location is in a good spot for the quarter/canal. Awesome natural light and good air conditioning. They provided us with the essentials including laundry and dishwasher detergent. Highly recommend!

Very nice condo - exceptionally clean and the hosts catered to all the small things like soap, shampoo, makeup remover, etc. Location was vey convenient and we never had more than a 10 minute walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Some street noise at night, and offsite parking was expensive, but that's the nature of staying in the French Quarter. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect. If one word could be used to sum up our recent stay in the French Quarter, NOLA, it would without question be, perfect.
This condo on Decatur is exactly as advertised. Its beautiful, spacious, clean, its updated yet still captures the NOLA charm. The unit has everything you need and the location is fantastic! For those wanting the French Quarter experience, everything is a short walk away.
But, I need to take a moment to address something even more important, the owners, Brittanie was “the best.” I cannot speak enough to how friendly, attentive, helpful, and accommodating she was. This was my first visit to NOLA, but more importantly, a return visit for my father who has been dealing with a number of health issues the past decade. There are huge hurdles for my parents to travel, and so, they don’t. Getting to NOLA one last time has been something my father has wished for, for many years. I needed to make this happen. And with Brittanie’s help, we did. There are no words to truly explain the joy my father had on our visit. The food, the music, the oysters, his smile…truly made this a vacation I will treasure for the rest of my life. I could not have done it without Brittanie…and for that I will be forever grateful.
There is no question, that I will return to NOLA again someday, and when I do, the only thing I’ll need to determine is where to eat…cause I know exactly where I will stay.
You will not go wrong booking a stay with Brittanie and Gerard…its perfect.

This is by far the nicest place I've stayed in the French Quarter. Priced similarly to FQ hotels if 2 couples split the cost, but a much better experience than a hotel stay. As others have mentioned the beds are ridiculously comfortable! Beautiful décor/furniture. Nice kitchen and baths. Communication from owners was fantastic and check-in was quick and easy. This will be my go-to accommodation for future NOLA trips.

Fantastic place and excellent selection of bedroom and bathroom furniture, decorations, paint colors, unique items and great bathroom vanities. The VRBO was cleanly and such an open, wonderful place, with high ceilings and lovely long windows, offering great light. As others noted, the beds were super comfortable! We were not on the side of the building facing the Blues club and hardly heard music/noise. We were so close to great restaurants and bars and the streetcar stops. We enjoyed talking and having drinks later in the night and watching the big screen TV. One thing to note is some deep cleaning could be done around toilet bases and around the windows and sills. I loved being able to unpack using the dressers in the bigger bedroom and the bathroom was so large too. I love having places to store bathroom items, clothing, and especially suitcases. The ease of dropping off luggage, checking back in later in the day, and communication with the owners, was a breeze! Thank you Brittanie and Gerald! Dawn and friends

The location of the rental right across from the house of blues is amazing. The host was very nice and accommodating. I would note that the larger bedroom has old windows that don't block out noise. If this is a concern I think ear plugs or a sound machine would work but we still love the location. We'll be back for sure.

Clean, excellent location, clear & accurate description of the property. Parking is expensive but very close by. The location is superb but very noisy. We brought noise makers to drown out the outside/street noise and slept great! Would definitely recommend.

Perfect spot, very close to the craziness of Bourbon St and just a few block from the beauty and history of Jackson Square. The Apartment it self was great. exactly as described. Very secure and quit building. Would definitely stay there again.

We were in town for a family wedding in the French Quarter on NYE. I have rented from these owners previously and they don’t disappoint. Beautiful, comfortable, secure and clean unit. Perfect location, close to everything. Convenience of laundry and ironing as we had formal clothes with us was a must. Owner super responsive and a minor maintenance request was handled same day. Couldn’t ask for anything more, easily a 5 star rating and thanks again!
