Unbeatable location, that is A quick bike ride, drive or Uber and you're either downtown, on the eastside, or in Zilker Park. You will have the whole location to yourself. It is fully furnished with a comfy bed, smart TV, WiFi, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon TV. However, you'll probably want to be out and about enjoying the sites and sounds of Austin.

Loved the area and easy access to UT campus. Place was very clean and comfortable.

A nice, cozy little space. Overall enjoyed my stay here! Parking was a little tricky due to narrow and a bit crowded streets, but we made it work. My friend and I stayed here for a weekend of Austin City Limits. The location is close to the festival, however not exactly walkable. Just to keep that in mind! Would stay here again though!

Great spot within a few miles of zilker park. Only negative is that there are no windows and it is very cave like. Great for sleeping but a bit musty so if you have allergies might reconsider. Orherits great. Comfortable bed nice bathroom and small kitchen.

The property owner was very communicative and this property is in a beautiful residential neighborhood. There are no windows in the building, so it is a better bet if you really just need a place to crash at night. I felt a little bit cooped up during the times I was there during the daylight hours, but slept well and enjoyed my stay overall.

Had an amazing weekend stay at this property. The host was so kind and extremely helpful. It’s right down the street from Littlefield’s - the CUTEST little green space with a taco truck and coffee shop. Also super clean and felt very safe!

The space is compact and perfect for 2 people. Since we are older we slept on the couch bed. The upper bed would work well for kids. We loved the neighborhood and the coffee and taco truck 1 block away were amazing!! We took LYFT downtown at night and it was around 12$. It was also convenient to drive to parks and took about 10 minutes to get to Crystal Springs Pool and Zilker Park.

The space is compact and perfect for 2 people. Since we are older we slept on the couch bed. The upper bed would work well for kids. Such a cute little place, very clean. Location was perfect. We loved Littlefield, outdoor coffee and taco place within walking distance. Unfortunately the pull out bed was very uncomfortable. The neighbors were partying until midnight our first night. The TV was not working. We had to purchase our own HDMI cable to be able to use the TV.

Located just minutes from downtown, this place is clean and quaint and has great access to the city. The owner was very communicative and made the check-in super easy. The other awesome thing was good parking.
